What are the games you have yet to taste?
Here is my list.
All the games for Game Gear/Master System except for Sonic 2
All the games for Nintendo DS except for Sonic Advance 1
All the "Tails Games" (though I don't think they should fit in the franchise because they are made for little kids)
Knuckles' Chaotix
Sonic Adventure 2
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble
Sonic Drift and Sonic Drift 2
Sonic Labyrinth
Sonic Blast
Sonic Pinball Party
Sonic Battle
Sonic Heroes (though I do have the Demo for the PC)
Sonic Jam
Sonic R
Sonic and Garfield Pack
SegaSonic the Hedgehog
Sonic the Hedgehog Pocket Adventure
Got the list from Sonic Central.
Tails Adventures is a lot smarter than most other Sonic games.
Now that Gems is out, the only Sonic game I'm interested in playing that I've still not would be the arcade game. Chaotix, perhaps, but I played that for 15 minutes and decided I hated the level design enough to stop and never look back.

It's not as if the Sonic games are full of mature content themselves. Don't let the creepy bunny fool you, Sky Patrol is a good game. And Tails Adventure is in my opinion, the best Sonic related game on the Game Gear. Short, but fun while it lasts.
The only real ones I have yet to play are Mean Bean Machine, Pinball Party (I'll never play it, I hate pinball), Sonic Jam (which is mostly compilation anyway), those arcade games (Cosmo Fighter, and the police one) and those Tiger Game.com games. I briefly played knuckles Chaotix once, but never got into it. I've been meaning to pick it up and have another go at it for the past two years.
All the games for Game Gear...
All the GBA/DS games...
Sonic Jam
Sonic 3D Blast (Saturn version)
Now, if you're looking for all the ones that I've finished...It's a much shorter list...
-Sonic CD
-SA
-SA2
I gave up on Heroes...I didn't want to collect all those stupid emeralds...
Sonic Rush (havent got a DS yet)
Sega Sonic Arcade
All those little aracade games.
Sonic 3D: Blast (Saturn Version)
Sega Pico Games
Sonic Into Dreams
Thats it I think.
Played Chaotix, Pinball Party, All of the Game Gear / Master System games (Thank you Sonic Adventure DX/ SMC+ and Gems).
Here is my list:
All the games for Game Gear except for the ones on Gems
All the games for Advance except for Sonic Advance 1
Sonic Labyrinth
Sonic Blast
Sonic Pinball Party
Sonic Jam
Sonic and Garfield Pack
SegaSonic the Hedgehog
Sonic the Hedgehog Pocket Adventure
And...uh...I think that's it. Yeah.
ONCE I HAVE PLAYED ALL THESE GAMES I WILL BE THE ULTIMATE SONIC FAN! MUHAHAHAHAHAHA! *cough*
Actually, I don't even WANT to play most of the Game Gear games if they're ANYTHING like Spinball GG *shudder* but Triple Trouble and S2GG were good.
Shuffle and Rush.
Hmm...
Sonic Schoolhouse
Sonic Pico games
Sonic Tiger games
Sonic Jam
...And Sonic Riders.
You guys who list the Tiger games (I used to own a Tiger Sonic game from the eaaarly days) would be happy to know that they've filed for bankrupcy! Tiger is no more! What Is Love?! etc.
and if we're listing the games we'll never get to play (not that I care) the Pico games, Schoolhouse, Eraser, Crackers and any of the many Saturn games which feature Sonic cameoes would also be listed. But, again, I have no intention of playing them.
I have a Sonic Tiger handheld, I think. o.o It's based on Sonic 3-D Blast.

Tiger electronics that made the game.com and some of them lcd screen sonic games is part of hasbro. Tiger Telematics (Gizmondo) is a different company that is not related to the lcd games is going through administration/bankruptcy.
That Knuckles game. I've been dying to play that one.
Arcade ad Chaotix...
And Rush, but I do intend to get it eventually
Everything else I've played to some extent.
