Hey how come in sonic heroes Shadow says he's Sonic's twin, when he doesn't even look all that much like Sonic? That was kinda dissapointing. I thought Shadow was like a clone of Sonic that Eggman or Gerald or whoever made.
Oh yeah is this a forum for sonichq? If it is how come half the time I load a page there a pop-up comes up asking if I want to download something, and if I wait to long it downloads some virus...........

Went to gamespot. The best avice I could get was "change to strength formation to pick up more dots" but that didn't work and I keep on running into mines

In the boss fight after that jungle bit in the sonic story line
Shadow has amnesia, and seeing a hedgehog that looks very similar justifies him calling Sonic his twin. He is'nt really, but Shadow is confused.

You are looking too far into a scene. In Sonic Adventure 2 the military imprisoned Sonic (twice) just because he is a hedgehog like Shadow. This is how Sonic Team works. I wouldn't worry about it.

Also in Sonic Adventure 2 Amy mistakes Shadow for Sonic. Yes rabid Sonikku fan girl with hammer mistakes her idol for Shadow. It was about then you think that actually most of the characters are infact blind.
The only time in Sonic Adventure 2 it is understandable is when Eggman unlocks Shadow from the stasis tube thing and mistakes Shadow's shadow for Sonic's but straight away he is like "your not Sonic!"
Plus trust me Shadow is not blood related to Sonic. No evil twin things there.

How can Shadow be a clone, when he's OVER 50 YEARS OLD? That particular Shadow in Heroes was a clone of the Shadow from ShTH, SA2 and maybe Battle.
And we don't know that Shadow and Sonic aren't blood relatives, Sonic may have been made by Eggman, who was inspired by his grandfather, Gerald.

Yeah, that's what happens when your an idiot n00b like me, who knows about Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Robotnik from the movie, but who's given Sonic Heroes one day, (without the manual), then sees all these characters without a clue. "WTF? Shadow? Rouge? Amy? Big? Cream? Omega? Chaotix? And WHERE'S METAL!?"
It's a popular fan theory that Shadow was indeed modeled after Sonic-- or, rather, after ancient prophetic artwork that depicted Super Sonic.
Said prophetic artwork is in the background of the Hidden Palace Zone is Sonic and Knuckles.
I have the movie too! Don't forget the movie was made just after Sonic 3 was released. Metal does appear in Heroes, but only at the end and for a very short time (which sucks!).
Oh, and as for the special stages in Heroes, when I played, I didn't really find any special trick on getting more spheres. What does help is getting good at switching teams on the fly without messing up, a practically required skill for the harder emeralds.

I think the artwork that is being referred to is the mural that is featured in the cutscene at the end of Lost World in SA.

In the Hidden Palace, You actually see a blue hedgehog-like figure in a golden flame (Super Sonic) moving towards a huge mustashed human (Dr. Robotnik) holding the Master Emerald.
I'm sorry if this is completely going over Lil' Suzy's head.
That artwork is to predict that Eggman would steal the Master Emerald and Sonic would save it. Prof Gerald would never have saw that artwork becuase Angel Island is in the sky.
Seeing as they found the Gizoid Emerl from a ruins it wouldn't be so hard to discover that mural in Lost World.
Ah, good point. But doesn't that statement right there disprove all theories that Shadow was based off of finding a a mythical hedgehog, our Sonic? Aside from the one picturing Chaos, the one in Hidden Palace is the only image we players ever see of anything looking at all like Sonic. (Man this is off topic.)
