Blackarms (or Tails_Masters sometimes) from Gamefaqs found some voice files. It's assumed Vector was suppose to be in more than one level of Shadow the Hedgehog. And there was orginally an Eggman boss where you pick up his bombs and throw them back at the doctor

^Technically, 4Kids are not involved this game--just the actors who work on 4Kids projects, and it is not as if they are only tied to the 4Kids corperation.

Really? I was fairly sure 4kids did it themselves. In Sonic Rush's ending credits they're mentioned as producing the English voice overs.

This takes the phrase "4Kids now dubs the games" to a whole new level. They didn't just supply the actors for the games, the company actually has control over the script? Sad if you ask me.

They don't have control of the script, they merely direct the voice actors.
I'm sure they could do more than just that. They could change the script serverely by changing the lines! The only helpful solution would be to destroy 4Kids with the power of posetive thinking!
