Actually, Tails has already had his own games. Tails' Adventures and Tails and the Music Maker are two I can remember off the top of my head.

As for Cream, she's not really popular enough to get her own game. Okay, she gets less hate-mail than Shadow, but a lot of people don't really care one way or another about her, and apathy is perhaps even worse than abhorrence in the video game world.

Well, sega.com are carrying out another survey about "Who is your favorite Sonic series character?" with the ability to select from:

Woah, Shadow is second? that is just wrong. third behind Sonic and Knuckles maybe but second behind Sonic.
surprised at Rouge being ahead of Eggman really. i dont mind Rouge but ahead of the legend. also whats the point in other? Thats Vector, Espio, Charmy, Omega, Metal Sonic, Big and other really obscure characters. madness.

I wouldnt mind a Tails game. flying and stuff. what else would he do?

That's a stupid idea.

The only spinoffs starring secondary Sonic characters worth making are Tails Adventures 2 and a new Chaotix game (like Heroes, but good, and with customisable teams and varying objectives).

Amy Rose already has a game. It card game for your phone featuring Amy and the other females( for some reason Hero Chao).BTW before anyone ask is not strip poker. Go to GHZ and check it out.

Unfortunately, if you played as the guys it's hardly like you'd ever win because of the lack of clothes the guys wear.

Besides, there's already a Sonic strip game on Newgrounds. It's called Sonic the Pervert 2 and you can play as Sonic or Rouge in it, and rip those clothes off!

I could imagine Tails in a game similar to Starfox 64 or Assault(minus the weapons for on foot missions). Yes I think that Tails in a 3rd person shooter like his levels form SA2 is a good Idea, but him not being able to get out was a bad idea. I think that a mix of Tornado Flight, Cyclone 3rd person shooting, On foot obstacle course/exporation, and maybe even some Giant Robot(Hey Tails build something that can fight the Eggstreminator on even ground) Melee combat would allow Tails to show off all of his abilities and emerge once again as an independant character. It could even mean the return of Super Tails.

Now I can't think of anyway to give the other characters their own game.

Didn't Tails use bombs in some game of his... something with a submarine I think? He's always been the character with the arsenal, anyway. And yes: a Tails game like Jeffrey so aptly describes would be awesome. Throw in some Tails Dolls too, for the creepy cameo effect.

Yeah, that's a REAL great idea,
let's put the three most annoying characters in the franchise in their own games, I'm sure they'd sell like hotcakes.

*crucifies Wonder* Hmph, I happen to like all three thank you very much. In all seriousness, I can see how people think Amy and Cream are annoying (although, I really do like them esp. Cream), but Tails is cool man and I do believe most fans do love, or at least likes, him, but anyway. I agree with everyone else, SET, it would be stupid to make three separate games using Tails, Amy, and Cream sprites in the orginal Sonic game unless it was an unlockable in a compilation. If you're going to make a game based on them, at least make it new spinoffs of them. I'm up for a Tails' game, and I would play a Amy or Cream game so long as it wouldn't be a dress up game or something which would only be played by little girls. I could imagine "Amy and Cream's make over game."

I think people think that Amy and Cream are annoying because of their high voices. I think in Sonic Heroes, I think people thought Tails was annoying because his voice got more higher.

I could come up with 2 ways Big could have his own games. One way is a game about fishing. Another way is about saving Froggy, someone stole him, not Robotnik.

Oh my goodness. I mean...a Big game? Now cameo in a fishing game i can understand but a whole game devoted to Big? I'm a fan of Big myself but what would he do...really?
Well in Heroes he used his umbrella to get updrafts.
Cats are good at climbing so I suppose he can climb.
And fish. Thats all I can think of thats at least possible for a Big game.

Now its not like I hate all new characters but after a while its more...whats the point? Now Its easier for some recent characters to have unique abilities. Heck, Shadow has managed to get a GTA, Sonic, Tag Team angst fest of a game. And definatley Team Rose, Team Chaotix, Rouge, Omega haven't got enough *Official* unique abilites to justifly their own games.

But their own styles of gameplay within a game is a different matter. I'm only going to focus on a few characters and their possible abilities.

Rouge The Bat: Flying or gaining height when gliding a la GTA planes, Wall Climb, Ceiling Climb, Kick Attacks, swimming,

Espio The Chameleon: Invisibility, Shiruyken attacks, walk on walls,

Tails: Flying, Tails attack, Dive bomb, swimming, maybe a few Ratchet and Clank gadgets,

Amy: Various Hammer Attacks, running dives, Double jump?, glide down to surface?

Cream and Cheese: Chao attacks, flying, Breathe underwater thanks to Cheese,

a big the cat game lol imagine that her is a storyline froggy dumps big for a more attractive and slimmer lady frog-frogette and marrys him. there are two modes of gameplay. choose the good side and big has to search the levels for a new freind or choose the dark side and big has to trash froggy's wedding and sit on frogette. and a last storymode where big get's high by licking froggy and his south american tree freinds
