Oooo, I've fallen out of looking at these updates, pretty sweet to see some Battle/Riders style line-art instead of the usual official looking. Vec, Knux and Amy look awesome.

While I like the new poses they're churning out, I wish they'd go back to redraws of old characters.
SEGA made a dear new pinup poster/calendar for us. Guess who.

Hahaha, hmmm as far as artwork, it may be the first, but we have seen him smile before.

Well, to be fair, it looks more like one of those "I'm better than you" Vegeta-type smirks.
resurrection of thread to point out (to those who haven't noticed) Sonic Channel has resurrected its bios to add 3 new ones: Marine, Sonic the Werehog, and Chip. It's like a phoenix rising from the ashes! ... or something
They also added Sonic with Caliburn to the wallpaper section.
I am amused at the official use of the term werehog.
Why? Werehog has always been the offical term for that transformation.

It's so nice to get new profiles! I had given up hope they'd continue doing them. I pray they continue - surely Eggman Nega should have a profile (new art please! Only Chip's art here is brand new, though the Werehog art is new enough that it gets away with it).
Nice to have new profiles. But they need wallpapers to go with them

The trouble with Eggman Nega was he was only half designed. When we first saw him, he did look cool. Then his full body art came out and it turned out he was an old man in red jump suit and bee boots.
Also Captain Whisker and Johnny plz. Because Captain Whisker can beat Eggman.
Just thought I'd bump this again considering they put up two wallpapers of note - a really nice halloween one and another Metal Sonic one (unfortunately it's one of those monochrome sketchy ones but hey, new Metal sonic art).

Of course. They update at least once a month with a new wallpaper. Its fo this reason that I've stopped buying calenders. Just set up a new Sonic wallpaper with the little calender in the corner. They also regularly add colouring pages which featue new and exclusive character artwork by Yuji Uekawa. They're just outlines, but with the right palettes, easily coloured in photoshop or something.
Yea I mean...just looking at the time between posts...8 months! =O But yea no need for a calendar, huh? lol
