i would love it if somebody could clear this up for me, who the heck is Sunny? I was told by someone i used to know that Sega and sonic team are not to blame for the less than great sonic games that have been coming out the people to blame is this 'Sunny'. if they are a game company why have i found little to nothing about them online?
Especially seeing as i studied in computer games design and searched every nook and cranny for any and every games company when looking to apply.. do they not have a webpage or are they a smaller develeper? or do they even exist? O.o. if anyone can clear this up for me it would be greatly appreciated.
Perhaps you're thinking of Sammy? I think SEGA merged with them a while back and their influence has been somewhat despised. I'm no expert, tho, so somebody else clear this up.
Hmmm...perhaps it is Sammy your friends have been mentioning. As for them being to blame for the recent lackluster release of Sonic games, I wouldn't be so quick to jump the gun like that. But then again...the merger did come around the time of news of Sonic Heroes and the production of the game[or so I think I may be a year off lol]. Poor Sammy...aww...

thanks, thanks! that MUST be what they meant, she does have a tendency to misspell some things. lol! that would explain why i have found anything to do with 'Sunny' rofl! the closest i could think was perhaps they were muddling it up with Sony! lol!.
thanks too, i think its alright, you have cleared it up the name was spelled wrong and if they keep calling it by that name how am i supposed to know what they meant lol.
yeah although some of the newer games havent really floated my boat so to say, i always try and find something likeable about the game. : ) thanks for the reply too, i appreciate it.

Trying to come up with examples of this and failing. Sounds like something Treasure would do, they always seem to be about putting in just a little bit more effort in presentation.
To me, the thread title comes off one sentence short of an old school Japanese anime episode title:
"Mysterious Game company Sunny??
Secretive TGS line-up revealed!!"
It reminds me of SA2, but in reverse, like "Biolizard; Prototype of the Ultimate Life", not like, "Prototype of Ultimate Life Biolizard???"
It's more like the OoC ones really: Parasitic Armoured Arachnid, Gordon Brown.
