Black Doom.
1) Appears once, in the Shadow the Hedgehog game. And does the whole, disappears and comes back every fifty years with the Black Comet.
2) Black and red, like Shadow. Technically, he had this colour scheme before Shads because, well, he took part in creating him.
3) This is for Black Comet, as he wants it to come closer to the planet so that it will collide with it.
4) Similar to Dr. Robotnik in that he wants to rule the planet.
5) I'm guessing aliens.
