On-topic, I loved both episodes because the first one had Decoe and Bocoe joining the good side (YAAY) and the second one had the Eggman speech. Was the English version anything like the original speech, or was it "4Kidded?" Anyone?

No one mentioned anything about other messenger robots, so I don't know where you got that from, Energy.
Anyway, Yahoo updated its listings and says the episodes are #150 "Running Out of Time" and #151 "Friends 'Til the End." I figure the title I saw earlier this week that semi-hinted at #149 repeating was the title for the second episode that aired last week.
Seing episodes 50 and 51 again after about a year has made me appreciate Chris a little more. Of course he was selfish and bratty, but he was just a kid, you know? I think if you look objectively at the series, the real story is the story of Chris growing up. It's not the story of Sonic, it's the story of how Sonic and company impacted the lives of the humans, especially Chirs. It's kind of like Digimon in that way.
Good episode overall. I want to see how 4Kids handles next episodes, including the controversial scene.
I liked today's episodes pretty much. And the next episode is called A New Start.
Ok someone shoot Chris, please. Then pass it on. He's a brat. Kidnapping Sonic like that...what a weasel. Anyway...next week looks like the good ol' Sonic we know and love. Tails fights Eggman alone? Not to worry S.Sonic is on the way. That should be a great one. 
Neo! Where are you?! We miss you! Anyhoo...I taped yesterdays episodes and saw them just now. They were both wery well written. You really got to understand Chris in the last episode. The main reason he's been so obsessed with Sonic is that he lives pretty much by himself in that big mansion, and hardly has any company what with his parents gone all the time. (I loved the chewing out Chuck gave his son. He was 100% right. One of them needs to stay home and raise thier kid.)

I'm sure TR will have something to say about the lack of goodbyes to Rad Red (Like what gives?!)...I did finally feel sorry for Chris and imagine if he didn't have that problem...imagine how better the series would be...*shot*

I noticed that too. Then again, through the entire series Knuckles didn't really have a human who he had a really special bond with.
I suppose that was Hawk, but he only bonded with Knuckles in only one episode, which was episode 17. He pretty much stayed to himself and played the loner role, only to appear in certain episodes to help Sonic and co. in a fight with Eggman. At the very least he just bonded with Sonic, Rouge and most of the other furries.
I kinda have to wonder if maybe the second episode shown yesterday could have just been part of another episode instead :/....Seemed like nothing really happened until the latter half (finally, FINALLY see some development in Chris...too bad it took about 50 freakin episodes for it to happen...), where we see Chuck totally put the rest of the Thorndykes in their places.
First episode I really enjoyed, though. Definitely an emotional one as well (man, that Tails/Chuck scene was a tearjerker!...).
...btw, anyone else notice that the we never see the Chaotix return home? 😛

I didn't have a problem with the lack of goodbyes for Knuckles. Knuckles didn't associate with anyone (as Shinobi detailed). I like continuity that makes sense. 😀
As for Chris, I still don't agree with the outright hatred many have for him. I just didn't have much of a problem with him. I felt Frances and Danny were much more useless as far as characters go. :p Helen was only saved due to the episode where she made her debut that fleshed out Sonic some more, the same way Hawk fleshed out Knuckles a little. #51 was Chris' best episode and at the same time, Sonic earned some respect from me as well for how he handled it because Sonic was far from kidnapped. ;p
I doubt they were going to show everyone that they sent back...only the main guys...so I'm sure the Chaotix are back in their regular world...I think...
I'm sorry for the absence. Long story short: My internet and computer hate each other and won't work for me (I'm typing in my cousin's house). I WILL return. I already have episode 48 and 49 typed and will type the rest and put it up as soon as I can. Sorry, please be patient.

I have to admit, I'm 24 years old and I even grew a few tears watching everyone cry.
i know, weird. Anyway, when I saw Chris stop the machine, I was shocked. I was like "Oh man, what's his reason for that?" And then when I watched closer, I realized that Chris has never had real friends and he's been waiting for someone like Sonic. I agree with shigamado on Chuck being 100% right on the situation. Sonic told Chris it was up to him whether he stay on Earth or back to Mobius, and good thing Chris chose for him to go back home. When his parents found him, Chris' face looked so cute, he was happy they found him!
I say overall that this was the breaking point of the season, possibly the series. Every emotion comes to play, and the only ones being cool about it was Sonic, Knux and Rogue.
I can't wait until next week, it's gonna be so cool!
Chris is like 16 now. Sweet. I still say S.Sonic is way too powerful...he's like Hyper or something. Anywho...today's season finale rocked. I can't wait until the new season, from what I hear it is awesome.
I had to turn the channel when Amy was all emotional because I felt I would cry too...
Super Sonic is just way too powerful and I'm glad he only shows up once in a while...though the Rogue and Knux fight...uh...I wasn't too sure what was going on when he started yelling about..."Hey that tickles!"...I had to raise an eyebrow to that...
And then I have to deal with my brother screaming at the TV when Sonic and Amy are hugging, "You should be with Sally, Sonic!" (He liked SaTam and Archie a lot)
Yes, indeed it was a pretty cool ep, and yes, I've seen screens of the new season and Chris actually looks like he's helpful this time around. But I have a question: If Chris is 16 how come he's building a chaos control machine? As a 16 yr old, he should be in high school not inventing unless he's a super genius like Tails, oh well.*shrugs*
