I was listening to the music on one of the music channels my cable gets and there this song called Ghetto Red Hot by this guy named Super Cat. The beat in the background sound exactly like the beginning of Red Mountain cave song with the skulls.
Is it possible that Sa sampled it or something?

Yeah, there's no doubt. Not only do they sound the same, but that guy's song is called "Red Hot Ghetto", and that track from Sonic Adventure is called "Ret Hot Skull". I've never actually heard this song before, and maybe it's already been discussed here, but this is the first time I've heard of this. Good spot! 
Thanks, I know it's wierd. Did this guy work on SA or something? The beat just sounds too... similar.
I don't think he did, as it's just one beat of one track. His name probably would've been in the credits, or we would've known through interviews with SEGA. Perhaps it's legal for Sega to sample that?
