Yeah, it possible! As a matter of fact Central City was one of my favorite levels for both kinds of missions. So you know if you're completeing hero, I suggest to stay on the lower levels of the stage; if you're completeing dark, you need to go top side.
Have you tried GameFAQs or maybe you should see if Wal-Mart, Gamestop, etc. has a copy of the guide book; it proved useful to me.
Meh. When I help Knuckles, I can FIND all the bombs, but at least 2 always ALWAYS blow up the second they come into sight, before I get a chance to get them. And following Doom around, I can only ever find 2 Giant Bombs, in the cul-de-sac in the marsh, and on top of the building at the intersection. AND WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT THEM ANYWAY? They do minimal dammage to the surroundings, commpared to a Chaos Blast or all the little ones combined. It's rediculous.

*snuggles Final Haunt <3*
Are you using the Vacumn gun to suck up the little bombs?
The two endings I had were both sucky and I found out nothing about shadow's past and I had to play against the same boss, which was probably the stupidest boss I've ever seen on a sonic game(I think its the only one that I dislike). It was the one with the slots on it. It was just weird. I might try playing the game again, just to try to finish a little more of it. I would really like to finish it. I just hope the levels I havn't played are much better. Its just because I always hear some one say that the game is good and maybe its just the levels I've played(thats not too much) thats terrible but I don't see it getting any better, but I would definitely would like to be Super Shadow, so I guess when I get there I will finally be able to rest in peace.
Yeah @ John
I just can't get to them in time. >=(

I said presentable, not Oscar-worthy. >>
Hmm strange. It does work at quite a range that gun.
Well I completed expert mode. I actually though Expert mode was quite fun. If you thought Cosmic Fall was evil before Expert Cosmic Fall is worse.
This next spoiler contains innuendo but no story/plot details.
Spoilers (Select To Read): This was on Lava Shelter
Rouge: So, Shadow how you holding up? Your doing great, Only four stages left.
Omega: This is Eggman's secret base, I will defear him and prove I am the strongest.
Rouge Omega! Cut it out! Don't you have anything better to do?!
Omega: Ohh...
... you call that innuendo?
oh lmao
Central City isn't hard at all when you figure out what those Dynamite things are for. ^^ I got an easy A.
I now have all but 2 endings, and I'm hoping to complete those as soon as I get home.
See, Central City really is a nice level.
I've completed the final Endings and started the Last Story. That last level was fun, with lots of elements from Black Comet and Final Haunt in it. Now I'm up to the final boss. Devil Doom looks cool, and it's a very interesting fight. I've almost beaten him, but I just keep running out of rings. For a while there, I was trying to remember the strategy for beating him and accidentally remembered the Snic Heroes solution, where I pummel him with Chaos Blasts, which doesn't do much. XD I'll probably have him beat by tommorow.

Well, if you played it as much as I did, you'll come to realize that Black Comet, Final Haunt, and the Last Way are the same level just expanded each succession and brighter too. You see, the way I see it the reason why Knux was in Black Comet was to drain the "water" which made Final Haunt which Sonic appeared in. Maybe Sonic, in true continunity, was the one to deactivate the shields or he defeated Black Doom by himself. This led the way to turn Final Haunt into the Last Way.
Seriously, go back and play all three levels and you'll notice that you are going not just over elements of the same levels but also over the same parts of each level. For instance, the second area of Final Haunt is the exact same place as the second area of Black Comet sans the black water. Just a little observation.
Well, I finished the last Boss on Friday (I also caught Eggman's confession), and saw the ending. Similar to Heroes with Eggman running off in the end before Shadow's "good-bye". It's odd that you have to play thru the last story all over again to play the level and the fight; there was a scene select to it in SA2.
o.o @ Shadow Rifle
I love the Shadow rifle.
Uh, Shadow rifle?
Hey, Did anyone get that ochmo cannon? (That lil robot chao. I forgot how you spell his name) I wanna know if he Whine and complain whean you shoot him out the cannon.
If so, i wanna play Shadow now.
Too bad the guns didet have a lock on system like Gramma, Tails and Eggman.
The Shadow Rifle and the Omochao Gun are some of the unlockable weapons you can use by getting more endings. The Shadow Rifle is a powerful gun that can kill any enemy in one hit, and the Omochao Gun just shoots an Omochao head that bounces off the walls everywhere, hitting things. It doesn't scream. The guns have a automatic lock-on that shoots an enemy if you are close enough and pointing in their general direction. There are also several lock-on guns that work similar to Gamma's guns.

Gramma?
Geez dude.
Oh, Thank The TGG. How you unlock the guns is what i want to know. I have'et played my 'cube in a few months. And I read the cheats on IGN and they said something about high scores or something that sound impossible to do.
Really, a gun for a high score? That sound inpossable and stupid. (Goes to look for other cheats)

It doesn't scream.
Sonic Team dropped the ball on that one.
Well, what's one more?
You unlock them by competing the different endings.

I love the Shadow Rifle. It's so bad.
Fix'd
What type of retarded crap is that?! I got to finsh the ending to gat a gun? Well, thanks any way TTG.
Hey, The smilelys are working again!
There's, like, 9 endings because of the branching endings. o.o Each one gives you a gun or gun powerup.
So, I should have about 2 upgrades then because i compleated 2 endings. Maybe i was not paying attention to the tv. : ^^;
Depends on the endings you got.
You know what would be fun? If you game shark'd the game so you had infinite Chaos Control so you could blast all the way to the end of the level from the beginning.
I'm just sayin'.
Knowing how Sega programmed this game, it will create a paradox in the system: division by null (0).
Black Doom has got to be the best villain I've seen in a while. Why was he wasted on Shadow? I mean, Shadow was pretty bad.
But Black Doom was awesome! All powerful evil alien warlords have been around since Star Trek! He was a classic!
Let's hope he didn't die in Shadow.
Also on a off topic note: Shadow is the secound person to have a so called Dad, Bean being first with Bin.
I wish Shadow had light sabors and Black Doom whoul be like 'I AM YOUR FATHER!' to Shadow and thean they will duel untill what ever happend to Darth and Luke after they fight 'cause i don't Star Wars.
That whould be so cool!
He's dead, but it would be awesome if, because Shadow is still Doom's genetic son, he could come back to haunt Shadow, kinda Bakura/angsty-ghost-from-the-pasty. Trying to take control of Shadows body to resurrect the Black Arms and stuff. And then Shadow would go on a grand quest to exorsize him, eventually leading to a grand duel within Shadow's mind.
Eh, one can hope. =D
ZOMG that just gave me an idea!
DOOM = MEPHILES
Turtle, its almost like your signature is responding to your post.
~Rico
....Turtle, we have no idea whether or not Black Doom died. He didn't appear to have fallen on the meteor that Vector and the gang used for target practice with the Eclipse Cannon.
He just fell. That's it.
Nobody knows. Which is why I hope he appears in the future.
if shadow can survive falling to his death, i'm sure his daddy can too. oo
Even after taking 10-12 fully charged Chaos Spears to the eye?
That's a stretch.
Though it would give interesting truth to his line...
"Shadow...it's not over yet! The Black Arms...shall rise again..."
In this game, I'd heard that Eggman (in one of the mid-boss-fight quotes) explains the relation between the Super Sonic mural in S3&K and Shadow's creation. Could someone post that quote so I can read it? I find I'm not capable of dragging out the fight long enough to hear it...
Stupid easy Devil Doom...:">
Wrong, Eggy never mentions anything about the Super Sonic mural or Shadow's creation. He told Shadow that he (Eggy) was lying when he told Shadow that he was an android and that Shadow was actually the original and that Shadow was saved by some of Eggman's robots after the events of SA2 and that he nursed Shadow back to health. The only thing that happened was that Shadow lost his memory from the fall from space.
Thanks for the info!
