I'm having trouble finishing the special stages in Sonic Advance, Sonic Advance 3, Sonic Rush, and finding the blasted Special Rings in Sonic Advance 2. Any suggestions?
Well, you could always go to gamefaqs.com to find the answers that's where I went to find all the chao and springs in SAdv3, but I had the guide book for SAdv2 to find the Special Rings. As for beating the SR stages, all I can say is to keep at it and you'll beat the special stages, but I haven't even gotten all the Emeralds in SAdv3 because I'm stuck on the 7th stage.
One little trick for the Sonic Rush special stages (which is sort of cheating, but meh :P)
When you get those bits where you have to press the numbers in the right order, PAUSE THE GAME, and note where each number is. Unpause and quickly press them in the right order. This is a good and easy way to get rings.
It can also help to pause while running, to see if there are spikeballs ahead.

I MIGHT be able to finish the last two in Sonic Advance, if only I could quickly and reliably get to the Special Springs so I can practice those Special Stages. Any pointers there?
