I know I'll buy it if it comes out. I'm a sucker for it. Just hoping that it doesn't get screwed up too much, and I'm hoping that it is the Cube version, or at least uses DX's Chao System. As much as I loved SA's, it was too basic, and I could never go back to it after sinking so many hours in to SA2/SA2:B/SA:DX.

The Gamecube remake is still readily available and cheap and is a vast improvement in all factors but glitch abuse, and even then it offers some interesting new varieities (like Tails in Final Egg), so I'll pass on this.

But it'll be good to let people see the last legitimate ray of light in Gotham Cit--- I mean the Sonic franchise as it was in the glory days.

This would be incredibly sweet since I just introduced the old-school Gen series to my buddy and after he played through them I said, "hey you should borrow Sonic Adventure." Perfect timing if this is true.

And I agree with Gyser, it would be nice to show people Sonic's glory days.

If they really wanted to milk it they should release the Sonic Advance Chao Garden as a 200 pt add-on or something. But I know that's asking for a bit much with all the red tape since it was on GBA.

Either way, I am super excited and hopeful this is not just a rumor. It would be great to play through Sonic Adventure again since my Dreamcast just decided to stop reading discs (discovered on the 10th anniversary = IRONY)

Also, I vote for ONLINE CHAO RACES. They would be just as exciting as the online 2 player races in Sonic 3 on Live. har har.

I'm a bit suspicious of the "screenshots" on that page. I'm not sure where they got them, but I doubt they are of the XBLA game: they're obviously from DX. See Sonic's fingers in the Whale Chase shot.
