I would rather have a tenth anniversary special edition of NiGHTS than to have it be crammed into another Sonic collection. I mean it even seems now that Naka's treating the NiGHTS franchise as his special baby more than Sonic by limiting the character to a few cameo apperances(compared to Sonic) and refusing to make a sequel to the game in fear that it won't be as great as the original.

I suppose I wouldn't mind a collection of the classic but rendered in 3D. Woah, I'm not saying the 2D games somehow made into 3D. Wars have been fought over that. But render the old games on their 2D plain but make all the graphics 3D. It'll look secksy. The games have a Sonic 3 game save system. For characters and moves:

Isn't the new "Sonic the Hedgehog" game meant to be the big anniversary celebration thing? I dunno... what year did Mega Collection come out?

As long as we get a collection with Chaotix, SegaSonic, Pocket Adventure, 3D Blast (Saturn), and Sonic Shuffle, I'll be happy. Some other Sonic Team games - NiGHTS or Burning Rangers - would be pretty good too.

Yeah, Sonic the Hedgehog Next-Gen is supposed to be the big celebration, but I stil wouldn't be surprised and even forsee it coming out even though it may not be called "Sonic Anniversary Collection." Of course, I want Chaotix to come out no matter what.

Actually it seems any Sonic game coming out next year is part of the 15th as Sonic Riders' boxart reveals. =P

I was thinking if they do an anniversary collection thing, they should be including special features up the wazoo. (Best term I could think of.) Character bios, rare art (excluding the Sonic screen saver,) info/summaries about all the comics, either one episode of each animated series or something to sum them up (music video?,) all the games of Sonic Mega (Plus) and Sonic Gems Collection, the Advance games and Sonic Pocket Adventure, movies of the games not featured in the collection (Sonic Adventure 1 & 2, Sonic Heroes, Shadow,) the features I've heard about in Sonic Jam, bonus characters (like Shadow)...

Whao, that's a pretty long list. Well, if they ARE going to do a Anniversary Collection, they should cram it full of stuff to make it a collection worth owning, right? Not just a Sonic Mega Collection rip-off...

There should be a Sonic Aniversary Collection that should have every Sonic game on it and NiGHTS into Dreams. But I wouldn't want it to be Revolution exclusive because I'm getting a PS3.
