Has anyone played any of the many different Sonic arcade games (Waku Waku, SegaSonic, Sonic & Tails Spinner, etc.) and remember where they found them?

The only one I've seen is Sonic & Tails Spinner. It was a high school choir and band trip to Orlando in the spring of my senior year (2004) and we were staying at Disney's All-Star Music Resort. They had it in the game room over there. I got more tickets from that one than from the games that actually demanded SKILL 😛

I played SegaSonic The Hedgehog at SegaWorld like 8 years ago or something. I don't remember much of it, to be honest, other than that the damned track ball kept pinching the skin on my palm.

Ditto about the first part, not ditto on the pinch thing. My problem was more that it wasn't responding too well. 😛

I did play Sonic the Fighters at Sportime a few times. I don't think I ever got past Tails' level, though.

I've also played SegaSonic at SegaWorld, but I got to play Fighters there, too. I still have a coin/token left over from there. It's lost at the moment tho.

*Sobs* I lived 15 minutes walking distance from Segaworld it's entire duration and never once went inside ;_;

I need time travel, and a knuckle duster.

Still, I'm looking forward to playing Fighters (best soundtrack ever), and I'd love to see Arcade in action someday, from what I see, it plays alot like the Michael Jackson Moonwalker arcade game, which I wasted much money and youth on.

I thought they was still a small Segaworld in Hamleys toy store. Also there is (I believe) one in Brighton as well.

Disneyland Tokyo still has a Sonic The Fighters arcade machine there - I was overjoyed when I found it last year, because I hadn't played the game since about 1997.

I've played Sonic Championship (Sonic the Fighters) and got to the last level when I think that damn Metal Sonic killed me and I ran out of money. It was in the GalaxyLand section of the West Edmonton mall in Albeta.

It's actually pretty fun. o.o

A few years ago, a Burger King near where I live had a Sonic the Fighters. I played it all the time. I played as Sonic and got all the way to Metal Sonic and then he beat the crap out of me. *sigh* Now they sold it for a Motorcycle racing game. *wishes he could still play it*

They did have a Segaworld type area (which, I've been to and admit is pitifully small, especially when Trochocdiro is still an arcade "funland" next door), however the last time I was in there 2 months ago, it didn't have anything remotely Sega about it, which is a shame because I loved the logos with Sonic's SA style pose on.

The only "Arcade" Sonic games I've played were the Megaplay versions of Sonic 1 and Sonic 2. I played Sonic 1 (And Streets of Rage) on a ferry to the Isle of Bute. An arcade here in Glasgow had Sonic 2 for a while, but I never really played it much.

There was a small SegaWorld in a Glasgow bowling alley too, but they never had any Sonic games. (It's still there, albiet without the SegaWorld name attached to it now)

Where's the geographically nearest place to Sandusky, Michigan where I could find SegaSonic the Hedgehog? I'd love to play it without breaking copyright laws by emulating...

Sandusky, Michigan 1992 would be your best bet. Arcade machines from 13 years ago don't tend to find their home in many arcades. Not even the Sega arcades house SegaSonic.
