I agree too. The 2D Sonics are about the delicate balance of speed and platforming. People who say the series is about nothing but speed are dimwits. Sonic can work in 3D, if developers can get their acts together get rid of most of the pits, fix the camera, and do a better job of balancing speed, platforming, and combat.
