I think Sega could learn a thing or two from Robo Blast...
I am not kidding, I enjoyed Robo Blast 2 more than Sonic 360.
It had been a long time since I had last checked in on the progress of SRB2. It truely is a triumph and much fun..especially witheth addon levels you can get...
They really show how a 3D Sonic should be: Big and wide open with lots going on and places to explore wide still giving you room to let loose with the speed... not freak'n grind rails and speed pads everywhere.
It's a Sonic game that doesn't force you to stick to one path by having two GIANT PITFALLS either side of you.
If Robo Blast had the graphics of at least Sonic Jam or Sonic Adventure, it would probably be my dream 3D Sonic game!

Wow. I watched it on youtube, and it's clearly limited by the DOOM engine, but it just shows that designing a Sonic level is not nearly as hard as Sonic Team makes it look.
