Yuji naka will be at the Games Convention in Leipzig, Germany the first day august 17th he will be presenting the 3 newest sonic games. Hopefully we'll get some new info on the games coming later this year.

I saw him a few months ago at the VG Live concert at the Hollywood Bowl. He didn't give out any sonic news, but he was really, forgive the expression, "cute." He has terrible pronunciation when it comes to English, so he addressed the crowd like this: "Who awoodsa taut dats rittre bruehedghogsu woodbecome so importantu to somanny." It was truly awesome seeing him. My girlfriend later told me I was screaming my head off when he walked on stage.
Pity Koji Kondo couldn't make it in person - He had to video conference, although he was sitting at a mixing board, and claimed to be working on the soundtrack for LoZ:TP. I suppose might be a little more important then a concert in the Hollywood Hills. 
Well, tomorrow is the convention so we'll get more info on these new sonic games. To be honest I didn't think we were going to hear anything until the tokyo game show, so its good we're getting more on these games sooner.
Edit: The convention started a few hours ago so if anyone gets any info please post it, however I will look for info as it becomes avaliable. So does anyone want me to post any new info I find on the sonic games here, or in their own threads.
Edit: Just to update people info is coming out slowly so don't expect any news on the three sonic games until later today if not tomorrow.
Edit: This is a rumor from the gamespot forums apparently a NIGHTS revolution exclusive is in the works more as it breaks. source

On the French site Sonic-online.net, one of the two latest news reveals that Yuji Naka said a new Sonic game for a Next-gen console is actually being made and that it will be first shown at the TGS in september!!...

it's easy to belive that, he makes games with cute fuzzy animal heroes for kids. he must have a very big heart
Cool, I hope naka does show a new sonic game at TGS but will it be a video or a playable demo. Guess we'll find out at TGS.
