Well, Yuku says it's LBT's birthday. Not entirely sure where it came from, but at least it means that, if not the official Tails' birthday, it's a Tails' birthday.
Although according to Wikipedia, Sonic 2 WAS released in the US on Nov. 24th, 1992. Wasn't Groundhog's Day Sonic 3, anyway?
