I can't tell who it is. The costume is too nefarious. How am I supposed to know who anyone is when they have their eyes covered like that.

Rule 34?

Maybe I am just out of the loop, but what is this Rule 34 I keep hearing about?

Darn!

Erika beat me to it.

On another note, it seems like everyone's using TV Tropes now. 'Tis a very good resource.

I must confess, the two times I have been linked to TV Tropes, I have ended up conducting random research sessions to rival the ones I have done at Wikipedia and Mathworld.

I have seen Rule 34 in action on multiple occasions(and among the minority that is not necessarily disturbed by the rule).

Dude, addicting isn't the word.

I have spent literally days surfing it, using a second firefox window for important stuff so as not to disturb my place in my Tropetabs.

The problem with TVTropes is that the number of pages I want to read tends to grow exponentially with the number of pages I have read.

I've browsed TVTropes a few times. Thanks to this one guy. >_> Whenever he notices a trope being used he points it out. And his infectious ways have had me do it a couple times D:

Damn you! Damn you all! For my whole life I had been blissfully unaware of this site you call TVtropes, but now... now I've lost my (imaginary) house, my (imaginary) wife, and my (imaginary) job! You've ruined my (imaginary) life!

In all serious though, I spent about 4 hours flipping through that site. Terrible actually.

Also, on a side note, I don't think this topic went the way GT was hoping it would.

For the record, I am "this one guy" to whom Kiorein refers. I've made a few contributions to it here and there, including making the YTTK entry for what would eventually become Godiva Hair, though I still don't quite like the name. The main difference between myself and Kio in our views of TVtropes, is that he fears using tropes because they make him supposedly less original, while I embrace tropes and make active attempts to use them.

As for Batman sleeping with his mask on, well, he doesn't think of himself as Bruce Wayne at this point. And all this talk of TVtropes and the rules of the internet starting with 30, makes my mind drift to a Wild Mass Guessing theory which states that Batman is a furry. So it could be seen as him sleeping in his fursuit. Make of that what you will.

He's also a time lord, what with the dalek in his cave someplace and all.

Or maybe he's Davros.
