Actually yeah, it's a remake of the first Fire Emblem. Though the sword in the first pic doesn't quite match the Falchion to a T.
Yeah, the crossguards between the NP sword and the FEDS Falchion are totally different. However, they never really kept the design consistent in the first place, so it's still possible.
Or maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part. Actually, it is just wishful thinking on my part. =/
...and actually noticing the differences between all of the Falchions just reiterates the point that I'm a very sad, lonely individual. =/
