musical dots making a picture while still forming a tune? i couldn't even start to figure out how they did that. o-o;

I work with midi and use a piano roll editor so I know it is possible which makes it all the more awesome to me. Yet using different instruments and marking them as colored notes so they can appear on one screen is not what I am used to but the effect is brilliant. Here's to I using up everyone's chance to type a unique describing adjective!

Actually, I can probably count the number of side-scrolling shooters of this ilk that I've played on one hand, assuming minigames don't count (therefore excluding Super Mario Land and Gunstar Heroes).

Let's see... there was that "Phoenix" thing for the calculator... I emulated Radiant Silvergun... I've attempted emulating Ikaruga... I own Guardian Legend... there was this King's Knight think Square made before their fantasies were final... I could've sworn there might be something else, but I think that's it.
