Well, I DID say 'or something'..... meaning I forgot that the Pokemon franchise started out in 1995. I got confused with the anime, since the anime first aired in Japan back in 1997. And the lack of second generation pokemon in that pic doesn't bother me. The first generation was the best. SCREW YOU ARCEUS FOR TAKING MEW'S PLACE!!!!!

Don't know about the first game, since I don't really follow the game aspect of the Pokemon franchise. However, there DO seem to be two Mews in the Pokemon anime; one in the 1st movie and another in the 8th movie (with NO indication that they are the SAME Mew). So I dunno if Mew would be equivalent to Eve. 'Sides, isn't Mew genderless anyway?

Actually, I'm seeing it's less of a problem here. Google Chrome still shows the old background, and having seen the new background in Firefox once, I prefer this.
