It used to be a picture of Ditzy-Doo (or Derpy as the MLP fans like to call her) in the MLP: FiM cartoon, as drawn by Lauren Faust.
Fixed it. For now.
I only mention it because although it was suggested, she hasn't been officially canonized as Ditzy Doo by the production team yet. The filename appears to suggest either Lauren is leaning towards the fanon name Derpy or at the very least they've yet to publicly out her as Ditzy. In either case she'll most likely remain a background pony with little to no characterization besides what the pony fandom invents for her for their own amusement.
Do some of you really not see the link I provided in the post? Should I stop hiding the link in text and just make it more obvious by posting the URL or embed the video? Maybe that's why no one commented about the Night of Pony video I linked to way back on the first page.../REPOSTAN WITH THE FORCE OF A THOUSAND SUNS!

I'm gonna need to watch all of the Crank movies, smoke a bunch of cigars, drink some scotch and eat meat off the bone to replenish my manliness.

MenloMarseilles - SD rips, possibly from iTunes (they lack TV logos), overall better quality than pensivepony, new episodes don't go up until a week after airing, convenient playlist, non-split.
MyLittlePony1080p - despite the name, these are 1080i TV captures, very good quality but appears to lack some episodes, split.
JunkiesNewb - TV rips in SD, 720p and now 1080p, non-split.
