(This topic, that previous picture and this post is a reference to a game I played, BTW. The amount of health recovered from eating the "Peculiar Cheese" item depended on how much the character you're feeding it to loved it. That picture was of Duster from Mother 3 who loved cheese and recovered 60 HP from it.)
