Actually, it's more like a Frankenstein monster, a female version. Note the stitches in the right arm and the skull-shaped earring (while the earring isn't typical of Franky, it is very Halloweeny and not so alien-ny), as well as the overall color scheme.
EDIT: Nope, it's a zombie, Rottytops by name.

btw psx you dont have to advertise, the cover art is enough for us all to buy the game as soon as we see it in the store XD but thanks for the eye candy each time you post
