Language warning.

I noticed that with the combination of piano music and the sound of crickets in the background, the image that came to my mind was of leafless trees in the fog... I'm wondering if there might be some connection to some "style" associated with that... which is ironic, because the style of the lyrics is pretty aggressive. Would "anachronism" be a good word to describe that? Anyway though, the style of the background music seems vaguely familiar to me and I was wondering if anyone else might have noticed something about the background music that sounded familiar or have some idea where it came from...
