I was flipping through channels and this thing was on the Cartoon Network. I've never laugh so much at a single frame before. Thank goodness for DVR and digital TV, I was able to pause it and take a picture.

Well, Captain K'nuckles is voice by the guy who does the Flying Dutchman; and yes, the main character is a lot like SpongeBob and has a nautical flavor to it.
That show ended up being much more entertaining than I thought it would be. Love that show.
Maybe it was meant to hypnotize you into thinking that you should watch Cartoon Network for all eternity. Maybe that's why it made you laugh.
Flapjack and Chowder are probably the most entertaining kid's shows I've seen in a while.

Is this show any good? Seriously, the television world died when Looney Toons was taken off the air in my opinion.
First good cartoon on tv in a long time, in my opinion.
I may consider watching it then. Lately I've been so disapointed with todays television that my friends have been saying that if they get within five meters of me, they'll catch NIDS.
