ok i ordered a white psp on ebay about a week ago and i was expecting it to come in today... it did
THE SCARRY PART:
the stupid mail man took it to my neighbors, thank God he took it to my good neigbor instead of my druggy neighbor who would have kept it for himself.
now i can sell my old ugly out of date black psp!!!
the only bad thing about the white one is that it was made in japan and i can't watch any u.s. made umd movies, but thats ok. for me that is to close of a call for me.
almost 250$ wasted because the mail man can't read his numbers right.
i mean he hasn't really made bad mistakes like that, just hopefully he'll get it right next time and save me some stress

Wait, what?
You had a perfectly-functioning PSP, but you decided to get a whole new one just because it was a different color?

Man, that's consumer-whorism at its finest.
At least when Nintendo fanboys buy the same thing over again it's got a few improvements.

The White PSP is sexy. I have held it. With its perspex shoulder buttons.

Couldn't play it because it wasn't charged at the time.

What was wrong with the black PSP though? Did you "brick" it you pirate you?

it had a few too many scratches for me(its all my brother's fault though)
And one of my friends said he wanted to buy it since his had a huge crack in it.
he was offering $200 for the psp and a game that i don't play any more, so looking on ebay i glance and see this sweet white psp for a buy it now of $235+shipping of $25.
it came with two games also. so i couldn't give up the great offer.
if you had the money wouldn't you have bought the psp?

It wouldnt be wasted as you wasted it the moment you hit the checkout button from wherever you bought it :crazy

Oh for pitys sake, get over it. If someone wants a white PSP instead of a black one, deal with it. It's not your money. It's not your PSP.

Plus, take a read.

So basically, only $50 to get rid of your messed up PSP and a game you don't want, and to get a new white PSP that you DO want with two new games, with money that you've got just sitting around?

Sounds like a bloody good deal to me.

On topic, that's a damm good thing it did go to the better neighbour. It would be a shame to see your money and PSP go up in smoke (Pun intended).

Personally I think the PSP White is a rather foolish investment, it'd be like me getting the DS Ice Blue from Japan when we all know the DS-Lite is coming any day now.

PSP is worthless without proper emulation of PS1 games, and without some form of analog control, it's not going to properly emulate all PS1 titles.

I guarantee, when Sony have the chance and opportunity to market a re-release which is specifically designed as a PS1 Handheld, they will.

PSP White is a recolour. Not a re-release.

But, I concur, $50 to switch from an old one to a new one with games is a good deal.

Unless of course you had an original and un-updated PSP, in which you wasted a metric buttload of money, as original ones which can be modded are like gold.
