Rabid already showed this in the chat. I coaxed him time and time again to post it at Gaming Academy, but he never did. Then when you came along and posted it, it caused an LOL out of him. Vec and Lighthead were discussing putting this up as the new GA background since it being such an great image.

The fact that Luigi is riding in a pimp car makes me thrilled. I also love huge collage characters crammed in one pic artworks a lot, especially one as eye candy as this.

I think the ship's supposed to represent Konami, as I think that's the Gradius ship super-deformed. Also, there's the ninja dude from Mystical Ninja in there. Also from the Sonic universe: I'm fairly certain I see Bean the Dynamite Duck, as well as the beans from Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. I'm surprised that thing from Jump Superstars is in there (the green block with the katakana on it). I also donno if anyone caught the Pooka from DigDug in the top left area. There's also a random monster from Kirby next to the laughing dog from Duck Hunt.
