Oh boy.Let hope this doesnt affect the quality of the Sonic RPG or the Mass Effect and Mercenaries sequels.
It will.
Oo... Isn't EA a fairly good company?
Also, it looks like they will putting a lot of focus on DS and Wii titles
I was going to post this but it tore at my heart so much. I think it's a little too late to make a difference on Mass Effect, but it most likely will on the next 2 that are planned. I really hate how this happened, not just it being EA it's just bioware not being indapendant anymore. I wonder why Microsoft actually never bought them. They gave the xbox some really awesome exclusives (not counting pc versions)
I'm mostly concerned about the future of mass effect. I'll just wait and see.

Who told you this?
Burnout 3 and Burnout Revenge were both top-notch games, Ashide.

Yeah, but how many OTHER games did EA do, huh? There ya go.
Madden and NCAA are quite good too. But yea...the majority of their games aren't that good. =/
Madden?! The only way to get your money's worth with Madden is to wait ten years between editions...
Someone once likened EA to the SoE of offline games.
I don't think thats fair. At least people wait till an EA game comes OUT to not buy it. With SoE they stop buying it the day Sony announces they acquired production rights.

Well, on the bright side... this means Sonic RPG is coming out on PS3, 360, Wii, DS, PSP, GBA, PC, NGage, Gizmondo, Phantom, Mobile and hobo's magical dream box.
Also, EA :
XD True Craig. Could we throw in EA Sports BIG too? The SSXs[up to Tricky atleast] and the newer Sled Storm rocked. Not to forget the original Sled Storm. As for that Madden comment[Torn!]...you're pretty much right. lol >_<

Which were both made by Criterion.

But published by EA, which I'm guessing will be the same situation with BioWare.
EA isn't all bad too, they're publishing Crysis right? And then there's Spore, SimCity Societies, Valve's stuff, and Katamari.
Still...it's still worrying...
I'm not worried about it. If Criterion can make such excellent games and be published by EA, so can BioWare and Pandemic.
Wow. This makes me kinda scared to say the least. I'm not a big fan of EA (I liked Sega's football titles over EA's anyway). I just hope this doesn't affect the quality of Bioware's works.
I thought Katamari was Namco. *shrugs*
Namco Bandai don't have a Europe branch, so they can't publish games in Europe.
Off the top of my head:
EA published Soul Calibur II (PS2, Xbox) We Love Katamari.
Sony published Soul Calibur III, Tekken Series and Ridge Racer
Nintendo published Soul Calibur II (Gamecube)
EA are fast improving as a publisher, and beginning to release a lot more quality titles than they used to.
Not to say that they're now a good business, but hetter than they used to be.
Oh, and Beautiful Katamari EU release plz >=/
