Well I did search, but I didn't use the right terms. Thank you, ChaoRcute. I found what I was looking for! That's what I thought they were for.
But I cant find any good Dreamcast emulators, could someone help me?

If the emulator or roms contain copyrightable material then lol, no good. But there are a number of emulators that contain no copyrightable material as well as some homebrew games/"rom images" which are fine.
Also did you actually attempt to use google with the words "dreamcast emulator" to see what you could find? (or perhaps a youtube video might give you some guidance as to what to do?)

Word to the wise, telling us anymore is likely to get you in trouble, as stated before a Dreamcast Emulator is illegal and talking about it here, on a forum open to the public, is not a good idea. It's best to keep these things to yourself.

The emulator isn't technically illegal, but the bios files that are required to power the emulator would be, unless you happened to make a legal backup for your own use from the dreamcast directly (be it from lifting the rom images from the console using tools and guides as found on the internets). But yeah, this topic is likely to descend into legal gray areas and google searches and readings of various guides should be more than adequate for your needs (if not then i don't think you'll be capable of using and running a dc emulator with bios files and mounting the necessary ISO game images).
Yeah, what everyone else said. In any case, emulators/roms is pretty much piracy unless you have the actual things and all that jazz.
