Seems like Capcom is dissolving the team who brought Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and God Hand.
Originallity for the lose, I guess. =(
NO! NO! NO! NO! NOOOOO!
No.
NOOOOO!
NOOOOOOOOOO!
CURSE YOU CAPCOM!
Were the people at CapCom drunk when they came to the decision. Of course it was probably due to finical reasons, but still D:
Capcom will now continue it's zombie shooting, demon slicing, compilation milking franchises with the money saved from closing the studio that has shown more imagination than the rest of its studios this generation.
First their Fighters, now this...
Good Bye, Sweet prince, and may the angels take flight on thy beautiful souls...
Seriously, I'm gonna miss Clover Studios. They always did punch out games I'm always interested in in some way.
*pours a Diet Shasta Orange for his dead homie*
RIP Clover. You were short-lived, but you made some sweet games that nobody bought. Say hi to Treasure for us and tell them we miss them too.

I blame those fools who would rather buy the latest mediocre FF/DQ spinoffs and awful TV/Movie/franchise games and what other unoriginal pap that is popular in Japan than Okami.
Oh snap! And I just got Okami... and I still haven't beaten VJ... Well, I blame it Megaman milking. Megaman's a series that NEEDS TO DIE. Seriously. It's insane how many MM games there are now, and most of them are not so good... mediocre's a word that comes to mind. **shot by the users of Robot Museum... all four of 'em & probably Vec**
^Hmm? Megaman isn't Capcom's most profitable franchise. That title goes to Resident Evil.
"I'll accept that challenge."
Didn't Mikami leave Capcom a while back? And RE5 was a no show at this year's TGS. Trouble in paradise?
Mikami left Capcom proper to co-form Clover Studio. I guess you can say he is being reabsorbed into Capcom.
No... I WON'T have what you're smoking Capcom!

As long as I get my Street Fighter IV some day, I'll be satisfied with Capcom.
So, after leaving what is sure to be a lead-in to Viewtiful Joe 3 in Viewtiful Joe 2, THIS happens?!
*sigh* Congratulations, Capcom. You've just guaranteed that "milking a franchise to death" is now going to be the norm for every major game creator in existance.
Shame they can't be like Nintendo and make their franchise-milking, you know, good.
...
So...
...How about that Megaman ZX?
