I have an enormous idea for a future game:
Mega Man and Rival Schools: Cybernetic Melee
Mega Man returns in a fighting game that's got it all: 6 High Schools, new moves, blasting expertice, you name it!
Mega Man teams up with Taiyo High School to protect their school, while Wily and his minions team up with the evil Hyo so they can take over Japan, and perhaps, the world! Every single character from RS/Project Justice is added (including the secret students from Project Justice) and 24 Robot Masters are also in the house. There's 16 ruthless battle arenas to choose from (one of them is an underwater dome where if you break a certain thing, water fills up). Which 3 characters will you choose from to protect your school? It's up to you to play and win!
Robot Masters chosen: Cut Man, Guts Man, Ice Man, Elec Man, Bomb Man, Fire Man, Air Man, Bubble Man, Crash Man, Gemini Man, Snake Man, Shadow Man, Toad Man, Pharaoh Man, Dive Man, Stone Man, Napalm Man, Crystal Man, Centaur Man, Plant Man, Yamato Man, Freeze Man, Junk Man, Slash Man.
You're doing it again. Story and characters, and nothing else. Can you please stop making these topics? I'm getting really tired of them. Or at least start covering gameplay.

The story you will play is determined what characters you'll use. Mega Man, Batsu, and Hinata feature the Taiyo story, all Gorin characters feature the Gorin story, all MM3 characters feature their story, and so forth. If you choose individual characters, there'll be no story, just an adventure mode.
The desperation move is executed by pressing all 4 buttons. Your character will form into the corresponding school/Mega Man era and attack their foes mercilessly (Gorin characters formed into a wheel and attacked their foes). And, if you beat the game with a certain character, you can play as that character in his/her summer/winter outfits (this doesn't apply to the robot characters).
That's still story and characters, other then the mention of a desperation move. Could we please have more details on gameplay?
Maybe you should try for comic ideas before games. Basically, with fighter you have to cinsider a lot more than a pesperation move to make it a great game.
Think of it like this, what will make your fighter different from all the rest?
Crossovers have been done, and Rival Schools has been out of the arcades for a few years now (I still seek Project Justice ), so what would you do to make the game exciting again. Combos, speed, moves, personalities, enviroments, enviroment interaction, character interaction, character advantages, character weaknesses....etc
If I were you, play a lot of fighters before coming up with a gameplay idea...and don't just play them to copy them, but to see what makes each one special.
Sounds like a good story idea why dont try it ..
