Well...sort of.
Jamie98s (well known on the Halo site HBO) is a moviemaker. His best work is considered Metal Gear Solid; which takes audio from Metal Gear Solid and couples it with video from Halo 2 (with some special effects thrown in). In my opinion, it is simply fantastic.
It's a rather large file (107 MB for the WMP9, and 100 MB for Quicktime) because it's around 32 minutes long. But it's well worth the time needed to sit down through (I personally recommend the QT version, if only because it's amusing to use the Fast-Forward function to make all of the voices sound like chipmunks). Due to the size, I'd recommend you Right-click & save instead of streaming.

Now THAT was impressive, though I laughed outloud when the poorly cropped gun was rotated around above Ocelot's hand XD

It seems more a parody of MGS:TTS's godawful directing than anything, even though it uses the original MGS voiceovers.
Like when he just stands there not getting hit, even though the enemies are firing like mad, till he throws a grenade to which they don't react to at all.
Well, that was well worth the download. Sure put a smile on my face for the day. ^_^ Three thumbs up because of the effort put into it.
The effort was grand, but frankly that was boring. o_o Still I've not played MGS:TS so I might not appreciate any parody there
