Snake is looking somewhat withered, and Raiden and Vamp just seemed to go on forever with nothing happening at all.
Didn't find it impressive, but I need me some closure on the Metal Gear series, so I'm happy wating to find out what happens.
You know we should just make this an E3 topic, because we know it's only time before people flock and create topics like "Heavenly Sword Trailer!!" or "God of War 3 is going to own your arse". Besides with all this new software being announced[Mario Kart Wii!!!] we need a place to discuss and hype up things, you know...speculate. But yea MGS4. Possibly the only reason any PS3 owner has a PS3 instead of a 360.
No idea what that means. =P I've never actually played through a MG/MGS game so i'm hoping if I get a PS3 to obtain MGS1-4. XD
I was close to facepalming when Raiden was getting his ass kicked by Vamp.
I thought the fight was cool, and unlike the Twin Snakes Matrix-craziness it wasn't your character doing things you couldn't actually do in the game. This fight wasn't you. It was a vampire versus a robot ninja.
Vamp = Unkillable freak
Raiden = Killtastic Cyborg Ninja
At least this time the craziness has a logical context.

Geez a Meez! The PS3 does stand a chance. MGS4 will most definetly be one hell of a game. Quite the system seller and if Gran Turmismo 5 and Tekken 6 are anything like their predecessors were for the PS/PS2 Sony's getting back in the game. Finally. =P

Nevermind there are no plans for GT5 now 😛 As for the trailer, that was awesome. I didn't like Snakes look at first, but now I think thats pretty cools. As for the Raiden and Vamp fight that kicked ass. This game could sell me on a PS3.

I just got to thinking, you know how the PS3 controller has a bit of motion sensing in it? (in Resistance if you're on fire and you shake the controller it puts you out) Well, I was wondering what application this could have in MGS4. I was thinking if you were close up to an enemy you could shake the controller you would throttle them with whatever gun you have equipped and if you have nothing equipped you could knock them down or something. Any ideas?
Thats right, Steebay...I like your idea, but I really haven't given the motion sensing attribute any thought to be honest. Wouldn't be too surprised if Konami didn't even use it.
Konami hinted in the gameplay trailer that it'd be used lightly with Metal Gear mk.II, but it doesn't appear that it'll be used much. Maybe for rolling as shown in the game?

The names make sense after watching the video, "Crying" Wolf being the one that disturbs me the most. Someone pointed out that the gun she carries on her back resembles the Lightning Gun Fortune carried in MGS2, thus...
