Well if your young enough not to remember this the rules are...
1) You type in a quote from any game. Even M rated games as long as you censor the banned words.
2) If the person who made the Name that Quote hasn't responded to any answers for 3 days then it is a free to anyone who can post first to create a new quote
3) Whoever answered the previous character correct gets to use a new quote. But if he or she doesn't respond in three days, the question is up for grabs
4) After a person or persons have made a guess at a Name that Quote, You have to wait for the person who made the Name that Quote to return and post yeigh or neigh (Yes or No).
5) Only one quote per post.
6) No quotes from Sonic games though crossover games that Sonic characters appeared in is okay
7) No quote that was said by a good number of video game characters (I.e. Whoa, Are you okay?, etc.)

Um, in any case I google searched those words and Armada came up, so if it's not that I don't know...
I guessed the game, but not the character... rule #3 specifically calls for a character to be named as the one who issued the quote. However, I don't know the game well enough to provide a name.
I doubt most people do, it was fairly obscure and probably overshadowed by other DC games at time of release. Anyways, I don't think I "got it" and my googles do notheeng.

It has been about 3 days anyway. It was Lola, the pacifistic healer character you chat with occasionally on the home planet. One thing that impresses me with Armada is that all dialogue, all of it, has voiceover, decent voiceover to boot.
