Craig wins! Liquid Ocelot (or just Ocelot) from Metal Gear Solid 4. Unfortunately it wasn't the Mount Rushmore esque Metal Gear, but rather as he jumped out of the sea in Metal Gear RAY to fight Snake in Act 4.
