Alright, let's try this again. Try not to make it too obscure or mainstream.
I like this idea. Hmmm...Unreal Tournament? No idea what year or anything though. *shrugs*
nope
Prey on 360.
yup. your turn
Yay!
Darn, you win Psx.
Was hoping it'd go on a little longer. 😛
Would you like a hint?
Too easy. That's Persona. The New Moon in the corner alone at least gave away the series, the hint was just the icing on the cake.
BLAST YOU, AUS-MAN! YOU'VE FOILED MY PLANS FOR THE LAST TIME!
WE'LL MEET AGAIN!! **escapepods!**
The worst part is, I knew exactly what game you were gonna do before you even posted it. I'M IN YOUR MIND MAN, I'M IN YOUR MIIIIIIIND!
*ahem*
Hopefully not too obscure or crazy.
Well, that IS pretty obscure. But Google has not failed me, I hope; Trampoline Terror for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.
Your Google-Fu is strong young grasshopper. I pass the torch to you. *Bow*
Meh, I'll forfeit. Next lucky bloke who comes across this topic can go ahead.
Woot!
Couldn't find a bigger pic, sorry.
Waku Waku 7, produced by Sunsoft.
I remember drooling at the chance of playing this game when I read about it in GameFan magazine all those years ago...
Dang it PSX, you're too good at this.
And it is a lot of fun, some great mechanics in the game.
Unfortunately, I'm just about to head out to work so the screenshot will have to wait until I return. Toodles.
EDIT:
Think a clue might be needed.
Um...Full Throttle for the PC by LucasArts?
You may want to post another screenshot, Psx.
This is odd. I could have swore I posted a hint just before your post, Light. :/
Oh well, let's get this charade over with:
1) Calls the NES its home.
2) The developer went on to do great things... and then, not so great things.
3) It's definitely NOT Battletoads, but you're getting warmer.
Solar Jetman
Finally!
I'm free, I'm free! *runs off*
Is a NES game, but was a port of an arcade game made by a big-name arcade developer at the time.
Good golly you're good.
HMM...
That's like Starfox with a billion percent more awesome. 8D
And I'll guess Space Goose. Because that was an awesome game. And little else.
Never heard of Space Goose before...
And funny you should bring up Star Fox: This game was once touted as a direct challenger to Nintendo's funny-animals-piloting-starships monopoly.
Looks to be a competitor to the Wing Commander series from the early 90s.
^I thought that was Colony Wars?
I think it's safe to say that no one here has played this game, so without further ado:
1) Debuted in 1993 on an "American" console that asked consumers to "Do The Math".
2) Side-scrolling Gradius-style shooter
3) The game was notable for having NO IN-GAME AUDIO save for terrible sound effects.
Trevor McFur in the Crescent Galaxy.
Did a little Wiki research with those clues, never heard of it before.:P
By George, I think he's got it!
Hope this one lasts. 😛
Custom Robo!
Nope.
Mechs!! Woo hoo! That looks awesome! Anyway...umm let's see...it's not Zero Divide...so let's see. Some lame SRW ripoff? LOL
Nah, it's a fighting game, not a very complicated one but one I love all the same.
Also Arcade.
Well it lasted longer than I expected!
One of my favourite games, really wish they'd make a sequel.
Well it lasted longer than I expected!
Sorry, I overslept. 😛
Here's an easy one, for a change:
Myst?
Radical-freakn'-Dreamers!!!
I need more Chrono in my life.
Jin got it. 'natch, I was bound to post something Chrono-related sooner or later, and Radical Dreamers is about as obscure and non-mainstream as you can get with that series.
No kidding. Anyway, here's mine.
Ready go
Not a single guess yet? Bwahhh?
