Mario's fludd special move looks pretty lame but I guess it's nice they're trying to incorporate new moves into him.
Pokemon Stadium 2 looks like a pretty awesome stage. I wonder if they'll bring back the original stadium as a 'retro' stage.

I always thought they'd include F.L.U.D.D. somehow, I home this means Luigi will get the Poltagust and Peach one of her emotional powers.
Boo. Tell us how to do the Mario Tornado. Cool updates today. The F.L.U.D.D. not doing damage must mean it has some super strong pressure. You could so set up motion sensor bombs and stuff and blow opponents into them or if your Pokeball is thrown and on the other side of the level away from everyone....just blast them over there. So the F.L.U.D.D. has it's advantages, I think.
The tornado is probably his vA in air or even his vB in air. FLUDD likely won't have any real application outside of stopping people from getting back to the stage; it looks like an annoyer move that could come complete with wet ice-like floor.
edit: oh, and skarmory and what looks like drifloon are in the bg of the flying phase. didn't spot them.
Hmmm, so I guess Luigi getting the Poltergust 3000 is not that far off. =D
Ahh true, I wasn't thinking of that HSW. The characters' special attacks are starting to seem like those of the SF franchise. =P And yea...I suppose not Shadic. Yay!
Music. Not just new compositions (well, one new and then the theme song back from E3 '06), but the news that you can have any tune you want play on any stage, or even a set of them (and you can tweak how often one tune plays over another). Of course, you can expand the selection by grabbing CDs in-game, much like you'd grab Trophies in Melee...

Dude i'm serious...this is just another Pokemon Stadium. Seriously PM Trainer, Pokeballs and ATs that are Pokemon. Good Goodness! It's going to be wacky. I'm hoping they did put in alot of other Nintendo stuff like you said, Metroid stuff, DK stuff, F-Zero, Zelda, and even some Mario stuff. Come on Nintendo!

Why on Earth would that spoiler make it hard for him to appear as a playable in SSBB? It doesn't, the only real thing that'd make a difference is the popularity of the character and the recognition it gives Fire Emblem as a representative of it.

I shall only accept their existance if they're a duo specifically designed for players using the Wiimote instead of GC Controller.
If one had the ability to flick the Wiimote to control Nana (at least make her jump or attack, Portrait of Ruin style) while using the nunchuck to control Popo.

Anyway, it's believed that all of the known franchises from the first 2 games (Mario, Zelda, IC, etc.) come before any of the new franchises that are being repped in this game (Kid Icarus, WarioWare, etc.). If we're going by that logic, then take a look at Ice Climbers' position. They are number 14. Also take note that 13 is not known to us yet. Mr. Game & Watch's icon is the only one left from Melee that we haven't seen yet.
Ever since this morning, I now believe G&W will be returning to us (don't ask why I thought otherwise please).

Yes, I know. But as of right now, we don't know where the Metal Gear icon stands in the list. Lots of people believe that it will be set after 18, in which the 3rd party icons are the last in line (assuming Snake isn't the only 3rd party). If that's the case, we have G&W and another unknown franchise being repped.

Not characters, but Game Franchises... We are already at 19 confirmed playable characters... No doubt this number will increase still.
Comon, somebody has to like them. You just don't want to do one of those "Defeat both Nanas in 30 seconds!" challenges again.
They were annoying to play as... half the time you were looking at the wrong one, the other one never did what you wanted to do and the only bonus was an insanely high super jump...
Which, may have been useful but a good player is more in danger of being knocked sideways than falling off the bottom
