Indeed it does. A large ball of electricity. I can only imagine how much damage that will do. I wonder what Fox's Final Smash will be...something relating to Arwings or the Great Fox maybe. Or maybe his blaster will turn into a ginormous cannon and fire a large beam that can be aimed, etc. Then again maybe it won't be either of those. u_u Nonetheless, Pika's looks really awesome.

Yeah. Apparently it's Pikachu's most powerful move, due to its 100% accuracy and 120% power (someone correct me on this if I'm wrong please). In Emerald, if you have a Pichu, you give the light ball to it and it learns that move. That way, Pichu evolves into Pika, and you can guess the rest.

Raichu is actually worse than Pikachu!
This is because it is slower and doesn't get Light Ball.
Raichu is faster, more durable, is capable of holding an item and has the option of going mixed{like packing focus punch for blissey if you're into that whole metagame thing}.
In DP, Light Ball boosts Attack as well, so they're about even. They both lose Surf and Fly{lol} through the transfer, though. I suppose it won't take long for those to pop up again.
Pokepoke aside... Since the official skins announcement, I've been thinking that Pichu will be churned into a Pika skin if he's axed; maybe Raichu will be thrown in as a skin, too.
Wow IT has been awhile since i've done anything remotely related to Pokmon. Almost feels like a part of my childhood is missing. o_o But yea Raichu thats it. I always remember it sucking pretty bad. Then again that could just be because Ash would never evolve his Pika, making me assume the evolution was lame. But ye aI hope Pichu and Raichu are skins, definetly.

Down special is the Reflector, which surprisingly, reflects things! Standard special is the return of the blaster, but without a flinching effect.
He hasn't had flinch since the original.
It got passed to Falco in Melee.
Well....at least we know what that thing on Fox's waist is. *shrugs*
Heh I want Fox's other moves. That update was kind of a waste. Nice pictures definetly, but who didn't know the blaster and reflector would be the same as always. A somewhat ok update today.

Yea no joke the bgs are incredible. That's going to be my level for sure. Like ever since the first SSB i've always loved the Fox related levels. But yea dude i'm not sure exactly what game that is from. BTW, your navy ship date is the same as H3's release. =O I've got two friends going into the Navy...I wonder if you'll meet them. Not surprised by Zeldas return. Sakurai is not giving us anything really new or amazing (Apart from the controller info). Really waiting for the big announcements, like extra third party characters and the like.
