2) A Feraligatr that knows both Dragon Dance and Ice Punch.

I have the Pokèmon, I have the possibility of teaching/breeding the moves on them (thanks to Emerald move tutors), but it'll take a while because I need to get the Battle Points for it.
Just checked and I have more than necessary BP, just need to breed something with DD with a female Totodile then. I could get you the Dragonite, too.
