Seriously this is like a fatal blow to an already crippled game company. I mean seriously. Microsoft was flogging them enough already. David probably felt he needed to bail or he wasn't going to get paid. And I don't blame him. It just kind of shows how far Rare has fallen because David was one of the first guys on the wagon. From like...day one, right? And Rare games always have good music. At least the ones I played. But now...oy.
Real shame, kinda feels like a final coffin nail.
Rare never seemed to evolve being the N64 days sadly, not that is inherrently a problem, but they went from one of the biggest name developers out there to something of a joke.
Thing that gets me is that they seemed a perfect fit with Nintendo's image, and up until Avatars felt like the polar opposite of what Microsoft seem to represent. Hell, the Wii could do more with Rare than 360 probably could.
Seems like the relationship between Microsoft and Rare was an un WISE decision.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!
... Carry on! [leaves discussion]
It would be hilarious if David Wise went back to Nintendo. He's probably just freelancing though.

Hhahaha! *high fives* Nice! Rare is really having a hard time, huh? Looks like they'll need a Killer Instinct 3 to revive themselves. 😛
Rare is screwed.
The typo in the title makes me think Rare released him back into the wild every time I see it.

*only just noticed that there was actually a typo* lol
