If I remember right, it was said that Welcome to the Jungle was used for the demo - it wasn't confirmed whether it would be in the final game. Don't quote me to that, though.

So not fair. I've been wishing those (particularly the second one) would make it in Guitar Hero for quite a while.

Isn't it better for them to be on Rock Band? You can play it as Guitar Hero, Bass Hero, Drum Hero or Lead Vocals Hero. Sure it costs a bit extra, but with a track list like that, it hardly matters.

I'm not particularly interested in drums or vocals (especially vocals >_<), so considering the cost, I don't expect I'll be getting Rock Band.

I am so much more excited for Rock Band than I was for GH III. And since it looks like I only have to pick one, I'm going for Rock Band.

Heck, I'm trying out the vocals campaign just because I can. My voice ain't that bad.

Track list needs more Rusty Cage. Or Jesus Christ Pose. In fact, they need to have all of Soundgarden's 'Badmotorfinger' album as DLC on the first day. That'll separate the rockers from the pretenders (especially Jesus Christ Pose. Imagine that song with all instruments on Expert. Imagine having to do all those Cornell screams).

Considering I less played and more inhaled the first half of Guitar Hero III? I expect I won't remember playing this game for at least the first 8 weeks. You know, five days of straight playing and 7 weeks with my arm in traction and reconstructive therapy.

Oh god, how could I forget? Rock Band NEEDS NEEDS NEEDS Kickstart My Heart by Motley Crue. It's one of the ultimate in trashy hair metal songs.

You know, I didn't want to believe what people were saying about Rock Band's guitar, but I've had it for two days, and after one night of playing, the thing is Broken.

My friend's Rock Band guitar broke within the first 24 hours. Thankfully, we both owned GH2&3 w/ guitars for the 360, so we didn't have to go without.

Upon further inspection of how much fun the rapping in 'Epic' is, I've decided that 'Bring The Noise' by Public Enemy and Anthrax would be liquid awesome in Rock Band.

I didn't have a GH2 guitar until I went out and bought one so that I could still play what my Strat died eight hours out of the box =( I'm really disappointed with how they rushed this out for the holidays, and those of us who bought the "special edition" package are basically guinea pigs for them to test out the revised versions of the peripherals until they get it right for the stand-alone SKUs being sold in March. At least EA is paying for all the shipping, even if it does take a week or two to swap out. It really is a fantastic game.
