I don't get why people dislike NES Zelda. In some ways, it is more engaging than any other Zelda game. I like the independence. You're not being led by the hand through everything, as you are in ALttP and every game since.

Just to note, I liked what I played of LADX a decent amount, I just think there are others that should be higher on the list.

As for the colors, I've been considering it, but I've usually been to lazy. :p

None of the remaining Zelda games "deserve" to die. In my opinion, every game remaining on the list is fantastic and each one deserves a shot at the win.
