Revenge of Shinobi for the GBA?
No, they're two different beasts, actually. I'm not really surprised by that answer, though. Most gamers that have played or even heard of this title would consider this as Revenge of Shinobi (Genesis version, not the mediocre GBA game) meets Bionic Commando (a hint!).
