Super Breakout for the Atari 5200
Okay, since the other "What'cha Playin'?" topic went to cheezybread hell, I desided to start a new one without a bunch of gh3y "(This post is missing and can not be restored)" messages.
I'm currently playing Unreal Tournament (yes, the original) because it's pretty much the only post-2000 game my comp can run.
School's over, and you know what that means: more WoW.
Lately, I've been indulging in oldschool Sonic goodness. Sonic 2, Sonic 3 and Knuckles, and games like that. (Also been playing Sonic 2 Beta which has proven to be both awesome and a pain in the neck. X_O; )
Off the computer, I've started up a new Majora's Mask game, which hasn't gotten very far. Why? 'Cause I'm laaaaazy and don't feel like going through the Deku Palace. XD; I love the game, but neh, I just don't feel like beating the dungeons. I wanna collect the masks. XD
I'm gonna be taking my DS up to camp, so for the next two weeks I'll most likely be playing Adventures of Link and Minish Cap.
~Shadowed Spirit Sage
Aria of Sorrow. Almost done. The sequel, Dawn of Sorrow, almost makes it sound like it's worth getting a DS for.
Farcry. Like the game very much. A bit disappointed that the box says AMD 64, then it tells me that you need to download a patch for the 64 bit code from amd.com/farcry, then finally the website tells me that i need Windows XP Professional x64 Edition operating system. Only has Home edition. Still a nice game, but was looking forward to playing it as 64 bit edition.

It kind of goes without saying that you can't run a 64-bit application on a 32-bit operating system...
Yeah, see, you're running on Win32; it wants Win64, which is sold separately. Maybe an upgrade version is for sale, I dunno.
Still, as far as I can tell, right now there aren't enough 64-bit-optimized games out there to make it worth it. Heck, I'm pretty certain Steam has troubles installing on a 64-bit operating system (or maybe it something else?)...
The one...
and only...
FFXI!

Almost!?
Still playing FFIX, in between spurts of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.
Yeah, well, I've still got to beat Chaos, but I'd like to make sure I'm sufficiently equipped for it. I already levelled up 15 levels or so killing the same Shadow Knight over and over and over, and then I left and headed to Hammer to grab some more healing items since I was running low, and now I got the Peeping Eye soul so I'm running around Drac's castle looking for possible places where I can break walls, and... yeah.
Just borrowed the new Fire Emblem from my friend yesterday, and It's awesome. the only thing is this damn desert mission in pissing me off big-time. Limited movement my arse.
Well, to keep up the treand of buying a system at its death, I just bought a GCN with MGSTS and ToS, and I'm majorly creaming myself over the vast improvements in Twin Snakes.
I also recently started Paper Mario *N64*, which seems promising.
im back to playin Midnight Club 2 and Burnout 3.
And about the FarCry, still a very good game. I do however want to up grade to a amd 64 and try the new stuff out but nahhh.
Rockman Battle Network 5, Team Colonel.
And...FFXI.

I was referring to your claim about getting a DS just for the game.

Prioritize magic users and flyers. Magic wielders aren't slowed down by sand unless they happen to be on horseback, and flyers can get around anything. They'll be enough to wipe the floor with the wyverns and Valter (an archer unit with Long Bow equipped will also negate his counter-attack). Still, you'll want to have some sword melee units on hand to deal with Caellach's forces.
Don't forget a thief (or any unit w/ high Luck) to grab some of the hidden treasures littered throughout the sand.
Super Smash Brothers
Mario Power Tennis
I guess that's it for now...I still have to complete Chrono Cross and try to find a copy of Vagrant Story...I want to play that game badly!
There's lots of copies of that game around me.
.. What's so good abotu it, anyways? Looks pretty average rpg to me. (Vagrant Story)
The story, art direction, music and cinematography (I'm not kidding) are all stellar. It's the gameplay that's a little unbearable, at least in my eyes.
Having to whack a dummy a hundred times in order to be proficient enough to do decent damage to certain enemies is kind of a mood killer. Plus, it's a dungeon crawl for the most part. Underground mazes and all that rot. Not my kind of fun.

I say MMBN2 was the definitive of all of them. Even though I have 2, 3 and 4... (I'm doing a mini-tournament for number 4 today) But I have yet to play 5, 'sit any good?
Meh, all I have is a Genesis and a Dreamcast so, I've been playing PSO a ton (LV.36 HUnewearl).
Quick question for all those who are playing FFXI:
What world are you in?
I have 2 characters, a Mithra and a Galka (< mule), on Ifrit server.
Oh and a couple of other games I'm playing atm: Midnight Club 3 and GT4
Considering I'm a person who doesn't mind that kind of gameplay...and I saw artwork of the badguy and he's pretty cool...
As of late i've been determined to get A rank on Ocean Palace with Team Dark. Still haven't done it yet. lol
Right now I'm playing Evil Dead Fist Full of Boomstick for my X-box.
Right now, I'm playing Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones on both the actual cart and with the ChinaFE patch on ROM. I've also been playing Super Mario All Stars+World (while spending most of my time on it on Super Mario Bros. 3)
Alternating on the PS2 between Final Fantasy 10 (re-replay) and Sonic Mega Collection (mostly Spinball). At the moment, on 10, I'm at the start of "mini-quest marathon", looking to catch all the monsters on the map to get Auron's power-up for Marasume.
As a sidenote, for anyone who has played FFX read this
www.videogamerecaps.com/r...=5&recap=9
Torn, I warn you, there is a HUGE Anti-Tidus bias in this thing, but it's had me in stitches for a week and I've not finished reading.
Oh, and on the PC, I've returned to Paragon City, in the US Servers of City of Heroes
Well unfortunately living in the US not a Super Robot Wars game. ;_;
Mario Power Tennis. I've been playing it alot for the past 5 days. o.o

whichi im playin right now, and getting ready to get my old laptop to be used as an old school gaming laptop. Like really old. I can play C&C Red Alert and Starcraft on go!

Actually believe it or not I let my firnd borrow my Dreamcast and VOOT. It was tough, but to gain a new fan in the series it's worth it. He's had it for about 4 months now actually...I'm gonna get it this week sometime. Can't wait...it'll seem like new again.
Well, my gamecube is gathering dust, seeing as I lent the white/yellow/red cord thingy, along with Tales of Symphonia, to a friend. Thus, my PS2 is my system of usage now...or something. I'm playing Dance Dance Revolution MAX2 and Extreme. DDR Extreme destroys DDRMAX2 in layout, functionality (That was definetly the wrong word), and, most importantly, Song list. Also, I've yet to finish Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. Argh! I hate MP Kills! I HATE the security dude of the Sphere company! I hate unfair gun-wielding Sphere security! Still, its a good game.
Symphony of the Night. In fact, it'd be much, much more SotN except that the TV the PS1 and GC are hooked up to now has this habit of flashing the screen, and this gives me a headache. Not fun. Otherwise, I'd LOVE to run around Drac's castle some more, regardless of the fact I'm utterly clueless as to where to head now.
Heh went and got my DC and VOOT today. Played a bit, and I put my Gamecube in my closet for now. Atleast until I get Sonic Gems...which probably won't be until Sept or Oct. Besides after getting my baby back, I won't be touching another system until atleast August. lol So what i'm playing now and will be for atleast another 3 weeks...VOOT.
VOOT sounds like w00t.
Coincedence?
Yes.
Silent Hill 2 and Tales of Symphonia.
I'm playing Mega Man Anniversary Collection for my Gamecube.
SotN. Finally managed to NOT kill Richter and make it into the Reverse castle. Whee.
well anything for grabs on me for i am moble now with my laptop. Its not too powerful, but i play old school NES on it.
Im playin Zelda and SMB3 now
<3 <3 @ Koolkaz's "Rejected" sig.
Anywho, Daddykins and I have moved on to Diablo 2, which he is playing through and surpassing me in every single respect, I'm embarrasedd, sorta.
Also I'm going back to some old style Rogue Spear, about the only Rainbow 6 game I enjoyed.
Im playing Growlanser Generations and Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.
For Growlanser Im on Growlanser 2: The Sense of Justice and so far Im up to the fight against Gevas.
For Castlevania the twin dragon zombies are giving me a hard time.
Picked up Fire Red about 3 days ago..
Just about caught everything that can be caught{except Annon's, I'm too lazy to deal with that-specially since I have TEH SEXY DITTO JUICE! Now life is good }, and I'm off to pwn the Elite 4 a second time cause I guess.....
[spoiler?]
They get stronger and so now they can really pwn you if you have a sucktastic team?[/spoiler?]
*Shrug* Aside from that, nothing's catching my attention as worthwhile to play. =/ Sucky. ::Back to levlling up Lapras::
Ocarina of Time - right now I'm stuck on the fire temple, though I've also gotten pretty far in the water temple as well...
Surprise! SotN again. Up to 177%, and I've STILL got things everywhere I need to check out. And let's not even get into playing as Richter, and then maybe importing the Saturn version and replaying as Maria or things like that (though that last one's not likely to happen).
That Reverse Underground Resevoir's a real pain in the rear, to be honest... but hey, I have that Walking Mail (or whatever it was called), which only gets stronger the more you've explored both castles, so I have plenty of incentive. Plus, I bought that cape you can customize the colors for, finally, so I'm running around in one reminiscent of Soma Cruz's trenchcoat. I quite like it.
Ooh, there's an idea.
I've used EVA Unit 1's color scheme (green/purple) for years. It's just so... majestic.
Shenmue II for XB! That is all I'm on right now.
Ahhh...Alucard....what is your business here....?
SoTN, thats a fantastic game.
I had to spend 40 for it on Ebay and omg. I just love to replay the final Rondo of Blood battle at the beginning.
Now if only it was as hard as Rondos was...
I'm...actually playing Star Ocean 3, for the second time. Mainly because I got all excited about Phantasy Star Universe and then realised that it's not being released till next year =P. Ah well, SO3 is still a good game in it's own right. Now, time to work on some of those ludicrous battle trophy objectives...
Welcome Clwe. Enjoy your stay. As for my playlist...my iTunes library is my current "play"list. *beheaded*
Besides Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and DDRMAX2/Extreme, I've just got MegaMan Battle Network 5: Team Protoman.
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, baby. It, and both of its expantions. Have I wasted precious days of my life obsessing over this game? Quite so. But who needs a life when you can have a obsidian claymore of might + 6?
...
Alright, that weapon isn't accually in the game, but it was funny nonetheless. Laugh, damn you!!:">
