Disgaea 2 finally arrived, so I'm happily immersed in that.
Mmm, soundtrack CD...
Well, I finally beat Elite Beat Agents' easy mode... Right now, I'm just trying to imaging the final stage on HARD... I had to redo it 20 or so times before I finally passed.
Now I'm just trying to finish Final Fantasy III. Still level grinding. Woot
Performed Scorp's "Hell Spit Fatality" the other day. Still can't pull them off like I can Super Combos on SF, but one day. =P

Actually, there are four difficulty modes. Breezin' (easy), Cruisin' (normal), Sweatin' (hard) and Hard ROCK (super hard).
Okay...sorry...
I can't imagine the final stage on Hard ROCK 😛
Uh, no need to apologise. Just thought you should know that it gets even worse. =P
Heh, I didn't think you were mad or anything lol
Still playing Gears of War. Oh how that game turns me like a cog.
And when I get around to it, maybe a little bit of Sonic '06, Phantasy Star: U, and Marvel: UA.
Maybe.
Just finished up with the Lakebed Temple in Twilight Princess. Spent an obscene amount of time roaming the temple in search of a key I thought I had missed, only to realize that the door I needed to unlock was in fact, the boss door, the key for which I'd been carrying around for quite a while. RAAWR. >_< That lock looks too much like a normal lock from a distance. And I didn't have this problem the first time I went through that temple, so I don't know where my head was this time. (well, heh...)
Just picked up Trauma Center after the stupidly long delay for an Australian release, and ZOMG! I R IN LUV!! *Swoon*
Dear Gods, Klonoa 2 is charming. I can see how its repuation came about.
I rented Metal Slug Anthology for my Wii. Also picked up Sonic Riders with my "Rent one, rent one free" coupon; I had WANTED Gears of War, but they were fresh out. S'okay, I'd been intending on renting that one eventually.
I finished MS1. 27 continues. On Easy. Ouch. Definitely harder than Gunstar, although the one-hit kills factor into that quite heavily. Thank God for Free Play, I don't think I'd be anywhere NEAR the end without it.
I was gonna get Metal Slug Anthology, but since they got rid of online I forgot about it. As long as Mortal Kombat:Armageddon has online i'm happy. but i've been playing Ultimte Mortal Kombat 3 on my Saturn like crazy, lately.
EarthBound.
After being paranoid about playing the copy I had (Box, manual semi-mint, no s&s cards), I found a SEALED copy of it for ~$75 in a local game store, and immediately bought it, so now I'm playing the non-mint copy.
FINALLY getting around to Twilight Princess, not that I've had it in my possession for a month or anything... (5 weeks more like it).
Just beat the Fire Temple, and enjoying it. It's a remake of Ocarina, almost. I'm not going to complain about that, but darn it Miyamoto, you had some really good ideas in Wind Waker. Why does this series take 1 step forward, 2 steps back all the time!?
Currently playing Twilight Princess (GC). Working on Arbiter's Grounds right now.
Warioware: Twisted!
Well, I've recently had this sudden infatuation with Warioware games, even though I've never played one. Yesterday I went to Circuit City, and foraged for any Warioware games. I found two things of interest there,
1) Warioware Twisted, and
2) Phoenix Wright: Ace Attourney.
The thing is I only had enough money on hand for one of them. I ended up picking Warioware because there was only one copy of it there and there were like, 10 copies of Phoenix Wright. I have to say, even though the gyro sensor is a gimmick, it is really cool.
I've gotten all the microgames, and unlocked all the stages, but now I'm trying to beat the high scores for every microgame. N.n 9-Volt's games are soo good.
OMFG @ Wonderbat... Dude, you are lucky.
I've been thinking of importing Mother 3, even though I already have the rom... Starmen.net had better hurry up with that damn translation patch...
STILL level grinding on FFIII... All my characters are on lvl 78... I'm trying to amass a team of Onion Knights with stats all maxed out at 99... OK's, for any none FFIII players, are considered gods once the reach lvl 99. All stats maxed out, they can use all kinds of magic except summons... And if you are lucky enought to steal onion armor from the dragons, they are nearly unstopable...
I'm also working my way way through Crusin' on EBA... I've found it is close to impossible to play this game without sound... It does require beat =)
Hmm..well I think I may try to beat R-Type in a bit and get past the 4th level on Super Star Soldier. These old school space shooters are so great. The difficulty is outstanding, yet the more you play the better you get. It's like instant leveling up for the gamer. =P
So I played neither of the two games listed above. I've been engrossed in Gradius. This game is insane...and to think it came out in '85. Wow. Konami is a great company though. I'll give them that.
Beat the final boss in FFIII... It was extremely easy, but I was level 80, so it figures... Now, if only the uber secret ultra boss was that easy... *Level grinds some more =( *
I also just bought Red Steel for $30 at Circuit City. Looks to be a decent game, control issues aside. I'm waiting till I go back to school before opening it though... 1) The parents won't be too happy to hear I wasted money on it 2) It's a little too violent for the little ones.
Almost done with windwaker.
Then I can star on Twilight Princess for gamecube, which I bought last Sunday.
BTW wind waker is somewhat disapoiting. And the fetch quest at the end game annoyed me to no end. Why, Nintendo, why?
>> Ok, I can add to this. Been rocking Elebits..and Right now, I'm stuck on lvl 19 because the danged little beeotches are throwing teacups and saucers at me. Still love this game though.
Once I get through it{and all the estra modes} I'm killing DBZ tenchi II
Still playing Twilight Princess! On my third run through, just before the Temple of Time.
I also play Second Life every day. Got myself another dragon avatar. n_n
Yay, now I don't seem quite so obsessed. I'm still on my second run through. (just up to the sky city temple thing now)
Once I finish this time through, I'm almost getting in a Forza Motorsport mood again... Depends on my mood when I'm done with TP though, I might go on to something else Zelda related.

XDXD DL that sounds just like me. Not playing anything at the moment but i'm killing Gradius this weekend I know that much. =P
Back on Elite Beat Agents for now, FINAL level as the Diva's. I... just... need... to... get... through it...
Oh and someone at work is letting me swap Trauma Centre for Cooking Mama so we can both see what the other game is like and then buy if we want.
I completed Phoenix Wright last night. In the toilet. It makes the mic pick up my voice easier.
Going to move on to Metroid Prime Hunters now. I think my hands might too big for it though. I tried it and I looked like a hunchback.
D: @ FFIII... I just got my arse wasted by the secret boss... Sad thing was, I had been fighting him for over an HOUR ><... The strategy for him is use 2 guys to heal, 2 to use magic... Problem is, it has 199,999HP... and my strongest magic attacks do 2800HP... Factor in the fact that I only can cast 3 of those spells before my MP is gone, and what you have is a freakin' long battle... I guess I STILL have to do some power leveling...blargh.
Playing primarily Gears of War and Rainbow Six: vegas. It's a shame Gears of War is kinda short, but it's not bad. Team commanding is kinda redundant though. rainbow Six: Vegas is a nice game, but it's tricky if you don't do plan right, so it's a good challenge.
Been forever since I've last posted, school, sports, etc take so much time away from games recently.
Now things are calming down and I've had time to sit down with my new Wii council and other games.
1) Wii Sports
2) Gears of War
3)Battlefield 2142
4)Madden '07
5)Call of Duty 3
If anyone has x-box live and a 360 let me know if you want to play, my gamertag is MorningWood08.

WASHINGTON STATE 2-A DIVISION STATE CHAMPIONS, BABY!!!
LYNDEN lIONS
Just finished my second playthrough of Twilight Princess (GC). Still all kinds of awesome. Took me around 35 hours this time. Almost considered going through a third time, but I'll probably wait a little before coming back to it.
On a semi-random side note, although I bought it both times, I never bothered to really use that Magic Armor for anything. But I noticed this time around that you can have Link wear the armor during cutscenes if you equip it just before they start, and you won't lose any rupees during the scenes. Looks kinda cool in the cutscenes during the final battles.
As for now, I was toying with the idea of trying Wind Waker again, but I've suddenly found myself in the mood to play Zelda II again. That's still my favorite 2D Zelda by far.
*flees from angry mob of Zelda II haters*
Probably planning to use the GC version this time since it's easier than fidgeting with my NES, and it plays great with the Hori digital controller.
Oblivion is the most addictive game I've played since completing Tales of Symphonia, my custom class Nord that I made about a week ago is has become the Grand Champion of the Arena and the Master of the Fighter's Guild, as well as being on level 7. Been playing for about 15 hours with that character so far....plus I still haven't found the Emporer's son, which is pretty much the start of the main quest. 😛
heck yeah. I'm the highest rank in the Arena, Dark Brotherhood, Fighters Guild, all of Cyrodill, and member of a few other factions. And I still need to get the extra downloadable missions... Get love for Oblivion

...or not. My fit of nostalgia wore off pretty fast. Played through the first palace and changed my mind. I like the game quite a bit, but I'm not really in the mood to play it at the moment. I just put in Wind Waker instead, so we'll see how long that lasts.
Finally got Sonic '06 and loving it. =3 Finishing up Shadow's story after finishing off Silver's, and then will do Sonic's.
I bought Boktai: The Sun is in your Hands the other day for 7 dollars, and it's pretty good so far. I keep getting @#%$ grades on the dungeons because I really suck at all the stealth things. Also, the 'being able to defeat bosses only when the sun is out' is pretty lame. =(
Yeah, I own Boktai but hadn't played it much. Britain's weather is simply too sh*t to play it, sadly.
Despite my earlier comments, I'm actually still playing Twilight Princess. I realized I completely forgot about the Cave of Ordeals, so I went back to complete that on my original game save. Made it all the way to level 49, and DIED. Purely because of my own stupidity in trying to wait too long before drinking the blue potion I had. ARRGH. I had already beaten one of the three enemies as well, so it would've been no trouble to finish if I'd just used that blasted blue potion. >_<
So now I'm obsessed with finishing this, and won't be starting Wind Waker until I do.
what is fairy
heheheh. I made the decision to go with blue potions rather than fairies, since I could afford it and they restore more health. Seeming kind of stupid now. Just one fairy in my inventory would've solved that whole problem.
So yeah. I've got a fairy with me this time, and I'm planning to be a little less conservative with the blue potions. Heh.
EDIT: Success. yay. Ended up not even needing the potion I failed to use last time (which makes the last failure that much more annoying). Whatever, I'm happy now. Now to see how long Wind Waker can hold my attention.
Still playing Trauma Center: UTK, and ack! ><
Currently stuck on Spoilers (Select To Read): the last GUILT form, Savatos', first apperance, and it's being a pain. May have to resort to a FAQ for this one... <<
=( @ ZeroSky... How many Hearts do you have? I had 9-10 hearts, a fairy, 2 bottles of potion, and a bottle of fairy tears, and I STILL couldn't beat the final level =
What kind of strategy did you use for the knights?
>> Super Mario Bros. ...I'm spazzing out cause the speed ....its so reminiscent.

What kind of strategy did you use for the knights?
I have a total of 15 hearts, and pretty much the same inventory you mentioned. I used both bottles of blue potion, and still had the fairy and fairy tears left with 2 hearts remaining when I finished the last level. I was just about to go for the fairy tears, but by then I was down to one remaining knight, which usually isn't too much trouble.
As for strategy, the first thing I've found that makes it easier when fighting multiple knights at once is to try to only draw one of them over to you at first. This was particularly easy back in Hyrule Castle, since the room was big. All I had to do was fire a bomb arrow at one of them, which gets his attention and makes him come after you. This doesn't work as well in the cave though, since the room is smaller, and attacking the first one will usually put you close enough to get the attention of the others.
In this case, in the final level of the cave, two of the knights are on the far end of the room, while the third is sitting under the platform where you enter the room. So I made a point of dropping on the far right corner to avoid alerting the other two for as long as possible, allowing for at least a few hits on the first knight.
As for actual attack strategy, I've found that the Helm Splitter is most certainly your friend against armored knights. I kept using the shield attack frequently until i got an opening for the Helm Spliter, which then gives you the chance to get in several hits afterwards. Sometimes using the shield attack repeatedly still doesn't open up a chance for the Helm Spliter, so in that case I've found that using a Back Slice first (which won't do any damage), followed by the shield attack, seems to give you more of a chance to use the Helm Spliter. It can be harder to do some of this when you have three knights attacking at once, but it still usually works fairly well. I usually try to focus my attacks all on one knight before working on the others.
One other weird thing I've noticed: Although I couldn't find much of a pattern to it, bombs actually do damage to their armor sometimes. At one point out of annoyance I ran to the far side of the room and started firing bomb arrows at the pack of knights, and much to my surprise sometimes they would actually work and take off three chunks of armor. Doesn't always work, but if you have bombs to waste, it's certainly worth trying to soften them up a bit before attacking yourself, especially when all three of them are together.
As for the unarmored knights, they're definitely a bit easier. I usually use the back slice first, which again will do no damage, but it will stun him long enough for you to get a few hits in with the normal attack. Once he starts blocking just repeat as needed. Also, since they are faster, it's usually easier to lure one away from the others that are still armored, so make a point of doing that in possible.
wow, that got long-winded... o_O So yeah, in a nutshell, Helm Splitter or Back Slice+Helm Splitter for armored knights, Back Slice+normal attacks for unarmored knights. Try to keep one away from the others if possible, and it doesn't hurt to fire a bunch of bomb arrows at them, especially when grouped. I have no idea how well this strategy will translate to the Wii version, since I've heard the shield attack can sometimes be a little tricky to perform, but hopefully that works for you.
Heh, that would be where my problem lies... The only downfall of the over all superior Wii version is that stupid shield attack =...
I haven't gotten back to Zelda since before Christmas, sadly. My Wii was hooked up downstairs and I didn't want to play with the little ones around... That would have left me ~1-2 hours a night, but my parents usually watch something = Hell, I haven't played my Wii since the beginning of January =

pfffffffffffft. *clings to Cube version protectively*
Kind of a shame that attack doesn't work well, because the Helm Splitter is loads of useful in several situations. On a slightly off-topic note, those unlockable skills are one of the things I like most about this game. Adds more depth and a whole lot of fun to the combat, and just looks really freakin' cool. Especially if you make Link do that show off pose after defeating larger enemies.

eep. O_O *envisions Zelda withdrawls*
Wow Hiro, that's pretty poor. I went into the Cave of Ordeals with little preparation at all. Only had at most half of bombs and arrows, about 14 or so hearts, a bottle of fairy tears, 2 bottles of red potion and bee larvae.
BEE LARVAE.
and still finished it first time :O
Both Resistance: Fall of Man and Phoenix Wright: ace Attorney: Justice for All.

Well, there's also the lack of camera control and that you apparently can't backflip off Epona at will. ;P
