Gitaroo Man.
I'm surprised I can be this bad at a game and yet find it highly enjoyable.
Been messing around with the Phantasy Star Universe demo on the 360 - so yeah, I'll be getting that game shortly, yo.
DBZ: BT II. There still is nothing like doing a Kamehameha in the face of Vegeta. Feels so goo n_n!!!
That, and I'm flipping biscuits as I play both Super Mario World and Comix Zome-VC style. I miss Super Mario World. Alot. Need to see if I can get 100%, I ne'er could!
I just bought Twilight Princes =D
...And then found out that the laser assembly in my Cube needs replacing D= D= D=
=... Poor Bat seems to have bad luck with Nintendo systems
Not playing much of anything at the moment, but Saturday i'm having a Hydro Thunder competetion at my local mall. I've rallied like 12 guys. It's gonna be a blast. And this one guy from my school has never played that game and claims he can beat me his first time ever playing it. He put up $10, I didn't want to, but I can get this Deutchland* shirt at TJ Maxx for $10, so i'm thinking "Oh yes...bring it". Did I forget to mention I hold a top ten place on like 50% of the courses on this game. =D I believe i've found my future career.

Are you positive it needs replacing? I started getting DREs from my GameCube about a year ago. GameFaqs has a hardware tutorial online that gives you directions on how to manually re-align the laser assembly to improve disc read. It's fairly easy to perform, and in my case it worked like a charm.
You'll need one of those gamebit screwdrivers in order to get the case open, though. Might want to look into it, could save you some money.
Mine got DREs a few years back, too. Fortunately, GameStop was having sales on used GCs at the time, so I just bought that, and sold the broken one to a friend for dirt cheap (like, $20).
Now I have a Wii, so it matters not, either way. 😛
Well, I've opened the cube up and taken a close look at the laser, and considering there's a right big SCRATCH right on the lens (How'd it get there? Not a god damn clue.) I'm pretty sure it needs fixing =(
I think Nintendo's repair charge is $50... My GC DRE'd ~two years ago, so I sent it in.
If only they had some cheap disc replacement program...
*stares longingly at his scratched SSBM disc*

OH SHI--
Yeah, replace it.
Gregory Horror Show.
A PS2 game the US didn't get and we did, making it something of a rarity.
Fun little thing, though.
ok played some Super Star Soldier not too long ago. Level 4 is hell. It can't be beaten. =P Oh but I shall someday.
After several months of checking out game store after game store, and coming to the realization I might just have to resort to buying it online (which isn't a hardship but I prefer doing it in person), one dream has come true...
I @#%$ING FOUND PHOENIX WRIGHT
Oh, and Final Fantasy VI Advance (yeah, I caved), and since I bought $40 in Wii Points, Super Mario World (still probably my favorite Mario) and Mario Kart 64 as well. Toss in the fact I got a free bar of Ghirardelli's "Twilight Delight" (ie: a REALLY dark chocolate bar which costs, like, $3.99) for FREE - no, sorry, TWO bars, one each for buying PW and FFVI - and needless to say, it's been a good weekend for me.
As for PC, I've suddenly had an Onslaught fetish in UT2K4. It will be a while before I get sentences like "Red PowerCore is vulnerable", "Blue PowerNode Isolated" and "Warning: Incoming Airstrike" out of my head.
Shadow Hog. Good man for finally getting Phoenix Wright.
I've been replaying Fire Emblem 7. Gogo Pegasus Knights!
Madden NFL 07 for Xbox 360. Borrowing it from my brother, who was evidently feeling spendy.
It's Madden. But shiny. *yawn* And I keep screwing things up because I'm not used to the controls for this version.
Don't expect I'll be buying it any time soon (if ever), as I'm still plenty happy with my old copy of Madden 06 for GameCube when I get football urges. (which have been increasingly less frequent lately)
Still playing PW. Seem to be stuck on case 4; Phoenix is hinting at presenting evidence when I press the witness on one particular tidbit, but I can't figure out what evidence to present. Rather annoying, that.
Playing AW2 over the intarnets with a chum.
Cheap f**k is playing Grit AGAIN.
Ohwell, it's FoW this time and I'm liek one turn from being in his base winnin his maps, so it's all good. GOGOGO SONJA.
i'm playing the sega genesis collection on the ol' psp. mostly just playing phantasy star IV. i'm stuck on the boss dude in the strength tower on Rykros, so i went back to level up a little before i take another shot. i just beat dark force 3 which took me a while
Got sick of Madden 07 real fast, so I just finished playing a ton of Halo PC online. I love having my own server. That's just loads of fun, especially since part of the time it was with a couple people from another forum. I find that it's usually more fun with people you know like that than just the usual random thing.
In unrelated news, but not really worth starting a new topic for, I just checked my email. Apparently my time spent on Halo 2 has paid off, because they just sent me an email saying I got into the Halo 3 beta program.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!
I'm completely surprised, I figured there was no way I registered in time.
I freaking happy now.
Just finished Case 4. Moving on to Case 5 soon enough.
Darnit, why does this game have to (allegedly) have so little replay value? It's honestly one of the better games I've played on my DS.
Yeah, I know there's a sequel, but I don't feel like buying it... at least, not so soon. I was thinking of putting it on ye olde Birthday List, since that's early April anyway. Hopefully, it lives up...
Aaaaanyway that's pretty much what I've been focusing my energy into.
Playing Guilty Gear: Isuka and finding out it sucks badly. Sorry but only Smash brothers can do the 4 way combat well...anywho, now I must find a copy of GG: XX or preferably, a Wii, since I was you know...too stupid to reserve the bloody thing despite having plenty of money.
Just started Justice For All again, until I have enough mojo to continue S Ranking EBA.
On the Wii, my dad and I are having bowling matches, he's a pro, I'm like 100 points >>;
I'm working through Ristar on the PS2 Mega Drive Collection aswell.
I bought Pokmon Emerald today, I'm going to play that and Animal Crossing. :3
And once I manage to install the wi-fi adapter thing I'll play Animal Crossing with other people, too!
I literally, only moments ago, gave myself the worst hand cramp trying to complete the Final Sin mission in Trauma Center.
It was so worth it though. =D
i've almost beat ristar, if i wouldn't have started phantasy star IV so soon i would have finished it.
its a really good game, well i like it.
i think i'll finish it tomarrow
I've been hand cramp free since I started using LITE... AND YOU CAN TO <Full-Face smiles and does a thumbs up>
Finally beat Red Steel. Wasn't impressed... Sword mechanics were choppy at best. The "techniques" were way too hard to try to pull off...and that was during the training session =... The game also had waaaaay too many glitches. Once I was in a room, about to go into another room when a hand popped through the door. I screamed and tried to move away. Instead, I got stuck between the door and the wall and couldn't get out =... The levels were ugly as sin. Seriously, Metroid Prime: Hunters had better graphics. So in summery; Bad graphics combined with poor voice actors, a poor ending, crappy controls, and glitches galore = a game not worth the $30 I paid for it. Now to find some chump on eBay to sell it to =)
Time for me to go back to EBA =) Today I beat "The Anthem" on Crusin'. Yeah, sad, but I don't have a lot of rhythm. No matter how bad I suck at a level though, I always want to play it again... Well, except for "Let's Dance" and "Believe". Those two make me cry.
i just love ripping people of on ebay
I am now playing Chrono Trigger and Zelda: Link to the Past for the first time(s), emulated. When one stumps me, I switch to the other.
I am loving CT to DEATH right now, it's awesome. I can tell why it's such a popular game. I named the hero Isaac after myself, I named the nerd Sarah, I named the princess Leina (only for me to learn her greatgreatgreat's name in the next scene o.o. What a co-winky-dink), I named the frog Phibb, the robot Omega, and the caveman catwoman Zeahn. I can definately see the similarities to S360. =D It's to close for coincidence, but not far away to be ripoff, so it's probably an homage to CT.
I am currently up to the fight with Magus in 600 AD (DAMN he's powerful.)
As I said, I'm also playing LoZ:LttP. So far it's been a fun little romp. The temples aren't too tough yet, and the dark world thing is cool, even though I can't figure out how to get off the mountain with it. I got the Master Sword and fought my way into the castle, but now I'm kinda stuck. I confronted the wizard, and he made Zelda dissapear. I escaped the room with the mirror and now I have no idea what to do. The map still says there's a boss there even though there's not. 0o Is it supposed to do this? Comments would be appriciated.
As I recall, he goes through a wall when he runs away from the scene of the crime... you were supposed to chase after him, behind the curtain.
A mixture of Ratchet and Clank 2 (Got one more skill point to get) and Sonic Heroes (For some strange reason).
I'm actually enjoying Heroes quite a bit. The annoying thing is when you actually start having fun you tend to die five seconds later. Oh well.
Next time I'm in town: Okami and Sega Mega Drive Collection.
I finally got my Wii today!!!!
Been playing Zelda and Wii Sports, especially the bowling and boxing!
My arms ache...but it was worth it!
Hiro, do you realise that there are two endings? I loved the game, did you beat Otori or did you lose to him? The controls are also suitable enough and they can be tweaked to your own specifications, you probably should have messed around with them a bit more. And as for the glitches, I only really experienced one where I was stuck in a grate, but that's it. I loved the game.
I've just bought Magical Starsign and I'm thrilled with it. The graphics are bright and insanely pretty plus the astrological gameplay is very nifty and adds a a nice strategic element to it. The characters are charming and the dialogue is insanely awesome. Highly recommend.
I'm also playing through Elite Beat Agents and Fire Emblem 7, still. Might continue replaying some Hotel Dusk, but idk.
I hate the Trauma Center X missions. >>
Still stuck on X1.
My copy of NiGHTS came, and I've been playing through that. I've lost my skills since I last played. I can barely manage to pull C ranks, and often end up with Ds or worse. How upsetting. =(
Can't wait until next month. We're FINALLY get a local release for Phoenix Wright. That's right. The first one. My copy is pre-ordered and paid off.
I'm now free to travel the world and partake in side-quests in FFX. Currently just training up a bit, and then I'm gonna go for the Celestial Weapons first.
My girlfriend's copy of Diddy Kong Racing DS.
Mang, this takes me way back.

Man, I did everything to that curtain other than actually slashing it. XDXDXD Thanks.
Something I noticed during the Trial in Chrono Trigger is that this game must have different plot paths you can take, which is really interesting. My path has lead me back to the dinosaur age. I just beat Azala and the BlackTyrano, and I'm about to challenge Lavos. I love the writing of this game, too. It's smart, funny, sad at times, overall a great experience.

I love Ristar. <3 I can never beat Greedy, tho. What the heck kinda name for an intergalactic space pirate is Greedy anyway? Lame. Cool fight, tho, just hard.
i've played my brothers copy of diddy kong racing ds. it was okay. way too easy. they changed too much of the music for me and taj just sounds so creepy, but i love the n64 version.
I'm in a mood for Bomberman Generations. I must say from what I expected and from what I actually got this game ranks in the top tier out of any game i've ever played. I love this game so much, oh boy. Can't wait to get back into it.
Okami.
Frankly, it's better than Zelda.
Playing Tales of Symphonia trying to get my characters to level 100 and get the titles, and only on 2x exp. it's not easy.
My DS has Fire Emblem 7 and Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon Blue lodged inside while I go through FE7 for a third time (still not completed it yet) and still going through Dungeon.
On the 360 I'm on the last level of Rainbow Six: Vegas, and I'm trying to do all the terrorist hunt missions. Not easy.
Yay Blu for the FE7 love
Getting all the characters to lvl100 is just silly. :O
Go the whole way to lvl250
Maybe when I use the 10x exp boost. 😀
My brother came home from college and he returned with a good number of PS2 games. One game on SMC+ that we've been playing to hell is Doctor Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. Even though it's Puyo remake, it is just so awesome on multiplayer.
GTA: Vice City. Man, I love this game. But it's really only because it has hidden packages in it.
I've given up on AC:WW because it now just feels like a chore and not a game anymore. Haven't played it for a week.
I've been getting a healthy dosage of Mario Kart DS, been trying to unlock all the staff ghosts and get at least a star rank on every cup. Awesome game. <3
God Hand.
Grief, this is hard.
Well I managed to get Sega Mega Drive Collection, Yakuza and Okami.
Firstly, I've unlocked everything in SMDC. The only one that gave me trouble was Altered Beast and the 150,000 points. Wise from your Gwave indeed.
Now I'm playing Okami. I'm enjoying it. Haven't got that far though.
Haven't played Yakuza yet. Probably will after Okami.
i just unlocked everything on the mega drive collection a few days ago. i'm going up against profound darkness on phantasy star IV. he's pretty tough but i think i can beat him in a few more tries.
Playing through Twilight Princess for the fourth time. I'm in Hyrule Castle, just before the final boss sequence.
Also, on Saturday, a friend brought over Gears of War and his 360. Ohhhh man, I haven't played a more fun 3rd-person shooter.
I really need to at least rent Gears of War sometime soon...
Anyway, Halo PC online continues to CONSUME MY SOUL.
Or something along those lines. I've also been playing a little bit of PGR3, though I'm not sure how long I'll stick with that. Slightly annoyed that I couldn't transfer my score and stuff from my previous game save over to my new Xbox Live Gold account, so I was thinking of playing through it again to try to get all my stuff back on this gamertag. But I'm finding that at the moment at least, I kinda suck. Haven't played this in a while, so it all feels weird for some reason, and I keep slowing down far sooner than I need to in most of the turns. I was considering seeing what the online play is like in the near future, but that certainly won't be happening until I get familiar with things again.
I was in a Tetris mood today. I beat my previous high score of 407644... Started from level 1 and build my way up to lv 41 with 405 lines cleared. New high for me is 1008930 :3
Oh, and Deck, OTB, and I TIED on freaking Mario Kart DS... wtf
wow! the best i've ever gotten is about 120 lines
