Edit: Ok, so here's a summary from...Me!!! As with the summaries for the Sonic comics, I'll spoiler it for those who don't won't to be spoiled about the whole story, but unlike the summaries of Sonic, mine probably won't be as pretty, lol!<br>

The preview pages are there to read so I'm not gonna repost them:<br>
- Rock goes back to a few days in his mind to a press conference held by Dr. Light<br>
Dr. Light is worried that he'll flub his speech and Rock and Roll try to comfort him.<br>
Willy shows up and Light is happy to see that he was able to make it<br>
Rock and Roll tries to help Wily but he unpolitely refuses<br>
Wily tries to get Light to let him join in on the speech but Light points out his "unethical robotics experiments" would put Light Labs in a negative light to which Wily gets mifed<br>
Light assures Wily that there are equal on most counts and history will see both as "men who changed the future" and they shake<br>
Wily: "Just don't flub your lines, Tommy-boy!"<br>
Light: "Ha-ha! Let's not ask for miracles, Al.<br>
Light gives speech about his new Robot Masters and what their individual functions will be and how it will better both bots and humans<br>
Ripot, a news bot, brings up Light's past involvement with the military, including creating the Sniper Joes, and asks if there's any chance of using the RM for war<br>
Light says he's done making weapons and wishes to use uplifiting ways to help humanity move forward<br>
Later that evening at Light Labs the family discusses the day and talks about how Ripot's question shook Light up<br>
Light says that the creation of the kids allowed him to see the good possibilites of robots where there no longer only tools and can better humans<br>
All while the discussion is happening Wily is reprograming the RM<br>
The next day Roll wakes Light to tell him that the RM are gone<br>
Rock runs in to tell Light of the news report<br>
The report turns out like the trailer with Wily interupting, etc. though with more detail<br>
Roll tries to comfort Light by saying that everybody will know how bad Wily is and that the people will stop them<br>
Light corrects her and saying that the RM are virtually invincible and unstoppable<br>
Like in trailer Rock offers to stop them and the "remodel" montage sarts<br>
Light talks about the Mega Buster and how it works as well as the rest of Rock's powers<br>
After all is done, Light says that he named him Rock for his love of music but say Rock is "something very different now"<br>
Rock says that since his arm cannon is called the "Mega Buster" to go ahead and call him MEGA MAN!<br>

The off panel, "Short Circuits," depicts the upgrade scene but Doc Light says it wasn't pretty cue the scene revealing the awful design of that MM1 box art where MM was human in a yellow and blue suit. It ends with Mega asking for letters for "Mega-Mail" while Light fixes him!
I liked it. A lot more talking than I expected, but I guess it was needed for the first issue. Liked the characterizations for everyone, and how Light even explained he named them after his love of music. Spaz's art was awesome, and the off-panel was hilarious. Looking forward to more.
Really enjoyed it. All of the characters are spot on and I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of this plays out. Also that art is beyond gorgeous.
