This may sound a little silly, but I was wondering if they were going to make a series based on the "Day of Sigma" animation. I've been trying to do some research on it, but I haven't really had time to do so....

The way I figure it, if the remakes had kept coming we'd see a new OAV for every title. But the low sales figures in Japan pretty much killed that from ever happening.

Stand-alone animation series? I don't know, if there was really a market for one you'd think they'd done it by now. Even Street Fighter had one. Anyways, those kinds of things always end up having foreign elements tossed in to "increase marketability" that tend to tick off some fans.

Personally, a MML anime would be acceptable (especially since they aren't too eager to give us a sequel). Equal parts epic and anime brand comedy, right there. Servbots... 'nuff said. But no, Capcom seems content to churn out shows based on the Battle Network/Star Force series...

You'd think that what with MML being based more directly on common anime elements, it'd be a smash hit these days.

And it isn't like Capcom hasn't done anime sequences before as cited by Psx. But for some reason they like the Battle Network series these days, probably because it hasn't reached iteration 8 yet like prior Mega Man series.

Iloveyou! o.o

[coughs] From what I can remember from Kenji, he wanted to remakes of Mega Man X 1 through 4, but with the poor sales on the PSP, that of course never end up happening(GEE I WONDER WHY)?

I mean, damn it Capcom. If you spend so much work and detail on Last Ranker (Which reminds me of Jade Cocoon for some reason) then you can make a finish to Mega Man Legends.

That or just have Roll and Tron act catty with each other for ten minutes. I'll support that... Honest! ;__;
